what’s your intention?

lately, i’ve started writing my intentions down every morning just to set the tone for my day. and one thing i’ve noticed is that the more we stop “trying” and start moving with purpose, the less room we leave for a way out of getting what we want.

life is just a whole lotta choices that add up over time. those choices create the reality we see around us, and our intentions help guide us

that’s why i choose the best, no matter what i’m seeing in the moment. it keeps me focused on the good that i have and the good that’s still on its way.

sometimes we get caught up in what’s going on and forget that everything is working in our favor.

so set your intention. say it with your chest. believe it. and own it.

greatness is already yours

how do you reset?

like really start over when things feel off or just out of pocket?

not gonna lie, lately i’ve been feeling a way. but i had to remind myself that i’m in control of how i view things. nothing really has meaning unless you give it one, you know?

and i know that sounds hard to believe, but it’s true.

life is short. everything’s already moving so fast, so we gotta live intentional. be grateful for each day, take risks, get out that slump, and actually live.

just trying to take my own advice… and hoping you do too.

are you locked in?
like really locked in?

i’m talking about that tunnel vision… that type of focus where only you know how serious you really are about where you’re going.

something clicked for me recently — the best version of you is on the other side of fear, laziness, comfort, and playing it safe.

and i’m realizing nobody can do it for us. we gotta turn the discipline up, believe in ourselves no matter what, and really walk a new path.

because staying the same won’t change anything.

sometimes becoming unrecognizable is necessary. locking in is the only way

Do you reward yourself?

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how our relationship with ourselves might actually be the most toxic one we have. Like… we make excuses, we lie to ourselves, we doubt everything, and we criticize ourselves daily—sometimes hourly.

It’s funny because we all know that saying, “talk to me nice or don’t talk to me at all,” right? …but somehow that doesn’t apply when it’s our own voice.

So recently, I started doing something different. I’ve been rewarding myself when I do good—like actually acknowledging it. Even small wins. I’m trying to consciously change how I treat myself.

I’ve been turning the things I enjoy—like food, rest, or little activities—into rewards for pushing myself, stepping out of my comfort zone, and just showing up.

Because honestly, if we want better relationships with other people, it starts with the one we have with ourselves.

So hype yourself up. Believe in yourself. Encourage yourself. Be honest—but also give yourself grace.

Reward yourself… you’re worth it.

I mean, we’re with ourselves 24/7… so why not make it a good time?
