More from Marjorie and Charlie’s wedding on Fishers Island 🤍

The ceremony was one of our favorite elements to design alongside Arney (@arneywalker). Marjorie wanted the flowers to feel as though they had always been growing there, so we incorporated living plants amongst seasonal flowers to create meadows that grew along the aisle.

For the altar, we designed a rounded installation that enveloped Marjorie and Charlie within the landscape.

A perfect June weekend on Fishers Island for Marjorie and Charlie 💙

At their family’s home on the island, we looked to early summer for the flowers. Marjorie especially loved the fragrance and soft lavender and blue tones of seasonal salvia, which became a starting point for the arrangements — alongside lupines, iris, pansies, poppies and ranunculus in shades of lavender, butter yellow and cream.

We filled handmade ceramic vessels with flowers for the long tables, paired with sand-colored tapers and Arney’s wicker chairs and mother-of-pearl flatware.
