Our first Summer Sundays event was a success! We had so much fun meeting members of our community, having coffee & watching our guests make their own beautiful arrangements 💐

My favorite part was the meaningful conversations I had with a few of the women walking by, who said a complimentary coffee and flower bar was exactly what they needed that day!

Congratulations to our raffle winners, Teresa & Megan! Check your email for instructions on how to redeem your prize! 🤩

I want to give a huge thank you to everyone who attended and to our amazing vendors:

For a lot of high-achieving women, rest doesn’t feel like rest. It feels like you’re not doing enough or like you’re falling behind.

Chances are, somewhere along the way, you learned that your worth is tied to your productivity and that rest must be earned. This belief probably helped you become successful, but our work with clients helps them realize that the mindset that helped you become successful is not the mindset that will help you STAY successful.

Humans nest rest. We deserve it!

You’re self-aware. You’ve done the journaling, maybe even the therapy. And somehow you still end up with someone who’s just… not quite there.

If that’s familiar, here’s something worth sitting with: this pattern often starts long before your first relationship — in the relationship you had (or didn’t have) with your father.

When a father is emotionally unavailable — whether he’s physically absent or just never quite “there” — it can quietly teach us that love is something you earn, not something you’re simply given. And without realizing it, we go looking for partners who feel like a chance to finally get it right.

This isn’t about blame. It’s not even really about him. It’s about understanding the blueprint you were handed, so you can finally start writing something different.

Swipe through for the psychology behind this pattern — and a few real places to start if you recognize yourself in it. 🤍

Pride Month tends to come with a lot of expectations — show up, celebrate, post, be visible, be proud. And all of that can be true while also feeling exhausted.

If you’ve spent your life calculating how much of yourself is safe to bring into a room — your voice, your pronouns, your partner, your story — you already know a kind of tired that doesn’t show up on a sleep tracker. That’s not a personal failing. It’s the cumulative cost of constant vigilance, sometimes called minority stress, and it’s real.

So if this June finds you more depleted than celebratory, that’s okay. You don’t have to perform joy to prove your pride is real.

Sometimes the most radical thing you can do is rest — unapologetically, without earning it first. 🏳️‍🌈

Swipe through for a reminder you might need today, and save this for the next time you need permission to just be. If you want to go deeper, our latest blog post explores this further — link in bio. by @aroadthrough
