“Lord, thank You for giving me the strength, discipline, and opportunity to step into this cage. Calm my mind, steady my heart, and give me courage. Protect me, my opponents , and everyone involved . Help me fight with discipline, respect, and self-control. Let me trust the work I’ve put in and accept whatever happens with humility. Keep me focused, composed, and fearless. May I honor You through my actions, win or lose. Amen.”

Every early morning.
Every missed holiday.
Every time i trained hurt, tired, broke, doubted, underestimated.
It all counts.

Most people will never understand what it takes to chase a world title in MMA. They see the lights, the walkout, the belt. They don’t see the years of isolation, the discipline when nobody’s watching, the fear you had to master just to keep showing up.

But that’s what separates fighters from spectators.

You already chose the hard path. Now honor it.

There will be nights where you question everything. Fights that don’t go your way. Injuries. Empty bank accounts. People disappearing when things get difficult. But none of that decides who becomes champion. The ones who make it are usually the people who refuse to break mentally when life gives them reasons to quit.

The UFC isn’t built only on talent. It’s built on pressure tolerance. On persistence. On surviving the years where nothing is guaranteed.

So when training gets brutal, remember this:

You are not just fighting opponents.
You are fighting for every version of yourself that almost gave up.
For the kid who dreamed about this.
For the sacrifices already made.
For the right to say you went all the way.

One day, the blood, exhaustion, and sacrifice can become part of my story instead of my struggle.

I’ll Keep going.
Not because it’s easy.
Because world champions are forged in the moments where ordinary people stop. by @arod98_

“. Death is nothing, but to live Defeated and inglorious is to die daily” - Napoleon Bonaparte

On to the next fight.
this journey is long and ruthless, some have an easy path some have it hard regardless of the path one takes, the work has to be done.

Engage in combat fully determined to die and you will be alive; wish to survive in the
