Let’s cook with me
Recipe:

Mexican-Inspired Shredded Beef Rice Bowl

Beef: Season large beef chunks with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, and parsley. And add some hot sauce and soya sauce as well. Sear until golden, then transfer to a pot with onion chunks, garlic, dried chilies, a cinnamon stick, and enough water to cover. Simmer for 3–4 hours until the beef is fall-apart tender, then shred.

Yellow Rice:
Fry sliced onion in a little oil, add turmeric, then pour in water and salt. Add rinsed basmati rice, cover, and cook until fluffy.

Bean & Corn Salad:
Mix beans, corn, diced cucumber, red capsicum, tajin powder, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Sauce:
Combine high-protein Greek yogurt, light mayonnaise,dried mint, parsley, and a pinch of salt.

Assemble:
Layer the yellow rice, shredded beef, bean salad, and creamy sauce. Finish with your favourite hot sauce if you like it spicy.

Mutton Karahi easy recipe. 🤍

Start with 1kg mutton and add some ginger-garlic paste. Heat around 3 tbsp olive oil in a pot and fry the mutton until it starts to turn golden.

Add some water, cover and let it cook until the mutton is tender. I cooked mine for about 1 hour 10 minutes, but you can use a pressure cooker to make it quicker.

Once the mutton is cooked, let the extra water reduce, then add 3 large chopped tomatoes.

Add salt and Shan Karahi Masala to taste.Let everything cook together for another few minutes until the tomatoes soften and the oil starts to separate.

Finally, add green chillies and fresh ginger on top.
