kept meaning to make a post dedicated to the beautiful incredible women who were by my side on 10.11.25, so what better day than International Women’s Day? 🥹🫶🏼

I’ve never felt so surrounded by love in my life than I did on this day and they all are such a major part of that.

Thank you to Michelle who was the best damn officiant anyone’s ever had, my sister who went above and beyond for months on end, my mom who is the best woman I’ve ever known, and my mother in law who has made me feel like family from day one ♥️

The way my bridesmaids and something blues loved and took care of me AND each other, on the day and at any events leading up to it, some without having even met before the day, is exactly why I love being a woman (most days lol). We just belly laughed, hugged, and cried all day. Couldn’t have picked a better group of girls to surround myself with if I tried. Love you all (and your evil twins) beyond measure ♥️🧿

PS go to pic 4 to see the right way to respond when a bride shows you that her dress has pockets, and to the last pic for the unhinged energy we for sure scared my makeup and hair artists with getting ready that morning by @arp.sedia

good tidings 💫

a busy & successful holiday season - Christmas Elf at ACT with my favorite pals, gingerbread competition and polar express traditions continue, Diet Coke wrapping paper, first married Christmas, hopping around from family to family, all the babies, Stranger Things, and a birthday that while spent doing manual labor for 8 hours, was fun because I was spending it with family (but that’s not an invitation for anyone to ask me to do it again next year 😂)

looking forward to a 2026 that is hopefully less stress-inducing than 2025, but is filled with just as much if not more love, family, friendship, growth, theatre, books, laughs that hurt my cheeks, and iced coffee 🫶🏼 by @arp.sedia

happy 75th birthday to my dad - my accordion-playing insane person of a father (in the best way), from whom I get my sense of humor, my taste in music (from Fleetwood Mac to Louis Prima), my compassion, my determination. Unofficial Mayor of Pelham Bay, PTA member, softball coach, Pelham Bay Little League president, chaperone on every single school trip - after the morning cleaning routine was done, obviously. But still - when I was a kid, he did everything.

My dad who even on days where he’s feeling like crap, creates magic - like when it turns out the “magic drawer fairy” has paid us a visit (he did this when my siblings and I were little and now does it with Joey - his hands get a bit tingly, and it mean the magic drawer fairy visited- if you sing the magic song, the gift appears in the magic (sock) drawer. Could be chocolate, a DVD, even tickets to a show). Scroll to the last video to see today’s visit lol

every day I catch myself saying “Vinny-isms” - like when someone asks me how I’m doing and I say “you want the real answer or the fake one?”, or saying “badump badump badump” instead of “yada yada yada”. When I talk, I sound like a 75 year old Bronx italian man. Wouldn’t change it for a thing - for better or worse, I am Vinny Mustache’s daughter 😂

much-needed fun day w fam 🥹🫶🏼🎄

spent the weekend celebrating this family - I wish I was able to better get to know Mr. Ortiz as much as I would have liked, but I know he was a funny, kind, and much-loved man, based on the crazy and loving family he left behind - which I am so grateful to be a part of 🤍

this weekend was an emotional rollercoaster for all, to say the least, but it was also a very special one and one I was proud and honored to witness ♥️

PS, yes - they did indeed cold plunge in the Vitulli pool last night by @arp.sedia

desperately missing these people and this place this weekend - the post show blues hit very big this time around

do yourself a favor and watch these videos, they are a blast lmao. if you don’t do theatre, you’ll understand why we love it so much. it’s in all of the moments - even when you’re so stressed.

I had a big super long post typed earlier this week but I’ll spare you all - I sent it to the cast and crew via email instead

all anyone needs to know is that my heart is so so so fucking full from this experience with these people. the onstage and offstage moments are something I will treasure always. I had beautiful moments with old friends and new ones and got to watch these people grow in their talent from 5 years ago and even just from three months ago to now. I’m amazed. Apart of why I love theatre is that you put in all of this tedious work and long late nights to make something incredible and then in one evening, it’s all gone and you move on to the next - but it lives on in your heart and mind (and photo reel) forever and I just find that perfectly beautifully sad and wonderful

PS - no we aren’t shotgunning beer what are we amateurs? those are regular seltzers (and a diet coke for moi)

thank you to all who made this what it was. it was an honor to share this with you - you know who you are.

had to go to the feed for this one - happy 30th birthday to my favorite person!! I’m a day late because we spent yesterday together and I wanted to be a bit more thoughtful

to my goofy, caring, compassionate, funny best friend - I hope 30 is your year! you deserve only the best in this life and while 29 saw some not great things, it also saw us buy an apartment and get engaged, it saw your return to the stage; it saw you continue to grow and evolve into an even better version of yourself.

I know entering a new decade has been a scary concept, but listen - it can’t get much worse than some of the shit that happened in our 20s, right? 🥴

while this wasn’t the best week for you to turn 30, I hope you felt as loved and cherished as you are - not just to me, but to those who are lucky enough to be in your life.

I’m so thankful for your love, guidance, friendship, empathy, realness, fun, the list goes on and will continue to, as you enter your 30s and see what life has to offer.

went to shop around and see what i liked, ended up saying yes to the most gorgeous perfect dress 🥹

thank you to my crew who came with me (you guys gave excellent feedback lol). i feel so lucky to have shared this day with you.

and, thank you to @aleanas_bridal - i could not recommend this shop enough. i felt personally cared for and my shopper Ellie was incredible. i felt like i knew her my whole life and she just completely got what i wanted (before even i did). if you need a wedding gown, go here, and request Ellie. i *hate* trying clothes on, but i absolutely loved every second of this experience.

this one deserves a permanent spot in the feed! We got the keys to our first apartment yesterday - we are homeowners! Per our realtors request, champagne out of red solo cups with a toast to a loving home was had last night. ♥️

This journey was a long one and has been filled with ups and downs but it was so worth it and we can’t wait to make it feel like our place.

Shoutout to Mike’s parents for letting us live in their basement apartment this entire time (since Covid, basically). We are eternally grateful for your love and support and help in this process and in general. And thank you for allowing me into your home so openly ♥️

Shoutout to our insanely incredible realtor Karen Gundelach (no one does it better than her - truly). Mike beat me to it and we’ve all gushed over each other already but words cannot express how thankful we are for your guidance and compassion and hard work during this process. You are simply amazing and we’re so lucky to have had you as an agent and now as our friend, truly ♥️

Lastly, a mini shoutout to my sister for completely butting into our lives and suggesting we contact Karen - it was totally fate and we feel so insanely blessed to have you in our corner with this and with all things.
