Born in Mexico City and trained in Europe, Carlos Huber, founder of ARQUISTE, is an award-winning fragrance developer, architect, and historic preservationist. After graduate studies, he apprenticed under perfumer Rodrigo Flores-Roux before founding ARQUISTE in 2011.

Côte in Greece 🇬🇷
When @thesabahdealer commissioned me to create their second scent, their brief was to bottle up the Mediterranean. No small feat😬, but with the help of super ⭐️ perfumer @rodrigofloresroux, we envisioned Côte - a crisp, salty scent reminiscent of long summer days by the 🌊 . Côte carries a rich sense of place - rocky islands, cypress-doted coves, restaurants by the beach, where the sea laps at your feet as you linger over a long lunch. Think salted capers, samphire, preserved lemons, vetiver and olive oil, sea salt, clary sage, and Italian basil.👌🤤 taken in Milos, Greece by @arquistecarlos
