10 things keeping most people above 10% body fat:1. Nuts — healthy, but incredibly calorie dense.2. Milk in coffees and teas — small calories that compound daily.3. Sauces and dressings — often the highest-calorie part of the meal.4. Alcohol — lowers inhibition and increases food intake.5. Smoothies — easy to drink 600+ calories in minutes.6. Takeaways — calories are almost always underestimated.7. Large plates — people consistently serve and eat more.8. Not preparing food ahead of time — convenience usually wins.9. Weekend “cheat meals” that become cheat weekends.10.
