I am Jane Doe. And I am ready to share my story.

Content warning: child sexual abuse

When I was 15, I was groomed, manipulated, and sexually abused by a 35-year-old man, Tom Krshka. He was married to my horse trainer. I practically lived at their house in the summers, riding horses, traveling to horse shows, and going to ropings with him.

He was my hero—someone I looked up to and trusted. He had power and status in my world and exploited that trust to sexually abuse me.

Showing my horse in @officialaqha competitions was the thing I loved most. Winning a World Championship was my dream. I won!!

It was one of the greatest joys of my life. At the same time, I was being abused by him.

Minutes after I won, he hugged me and said, “Finally I have a reason to hug you in front of everybody else.”

In my championship picture, I’m crying. Those tears weren’t just happiness. That moment was tangled up with so much abuse.

Looking back, it makes sense why he wanted me alone at the barn, always wanted me at ropings, took me across state lines to horse shows and bought me wine coolers...when I WAS 15. I would freeze and do whatever he told me to do.

It wasn’t until I was 30 that I understood what had happened and how he had targeted, groomed, and abused me. My first sexual experiences happened under manipulation and coercion. It took me years to heal, reclaim my autonomy, and understand consent.

Even now, memories surface at night that I try to push down because I can’t bear to remember. I carried shame that never belonged to me.

I wasn’t the only one.

Now, at 55, I’m ready to share this publicly. My friends have known for years, but I only told my mom two years ago. Talking with her has been deeply healing.

For 40 years, I stayed publicly quiet, afraid of not being believed and ashamed.

No more. This is for me. I do not have to protect him or any abuser anymore.

Golden hour…
Someone’s bringing her a Prosecco any minute now. (What a life!)

Me? Still in my workout clothes. Hair: ponytail, once again. 😂

Being the face of your business sounds great until you realize — it never stops…

Every day: hair, makeup, lighting, an outfit that isn’t technically pajamas.

I did that for 20 years. Professionally. On IG and on actual television.

And then one day I stopped. Not because I got lazy — because I hit menopause and got tired. Like really tired. 🥱

Now my Twin does the showing up. My business keeps going.

And I’m having more fun creating content for myself and clients!

Fun fact: I have never been to the Jersey Shore.

She has.

In fur boots. On a boardwalk. In a shirt that says I’M BAD.

I own none of it. 😂

She went full Jersey Shore because it was fun. That’s the only reason.

Me: couch, hoodie, messy ponytail, cup of tea.

I spent twenty years doing hair and makeup before I’d let anyone see me.

Now my Twin walks the boardwalk and I make the tea.

I laugh out loud every time I build one of these. Content creation can actually be FUN.

I didn’t post for three weeks.

It’s always the same reasons…
💁🏼‍♀️Hair on day of dry shampoo.
😴Tired.
🏋️‍♀️Want to lose a few pounds first.
🫪No idea what to say today.

So the post doesn’t happen, and then it doesn’t happen again tomorrow.

Sound familiar?

What fixed it for me was making content fun again😎

Now I can create:
A cute kitten in a flower garden.
🤠A Neon cowgirl at the fair.
🐎A horse walking down a city street at midnight.

I made all three in one afternoon, without leaving the couch.

When it’s fun, you make more of it…
 Make more of it, and you get consistent…
 Being consistent is what makes sales.

With an AI Twin, it’s still your message and your story…you just get to have more fun!

Which fail is your favorite? Mine’s the leg. 👇

I built an AI Twin so I could stop doing hair and makeup every day just to post something.

The first 32 came back as beautiful strangers...

That’s AI’s default setting — polished, perfect, smoother than I have ever looked in my life.

Number 33 worked because I asked for the opposite:
Crow’s feet.
Size 14.
Looks her actual age.

I wasn’t trying to get a better version of me.
I was trying to get a real one.

Took me 33 tries to figure that out:)

I cracked the code so you can skip the 32 — that’s the whole reason I built OMG That’s Me Twin Training.

If you only post on “good hair days”, your business is on pause.

You want to post consistently but then tell yourself:  “my hair looks bad today”  “I’m too tired for makeup”  “I’ll film tomorrow”
(Sound familiar?…)😜

That’s not a strategy. That’s avoidance in mascara…

Truth: Your dream clients don’t care if you’re in glam or in PJs… They care if you can help them…Period.👌🏼

Great news!! You can stay off camera, stay comfy…

and still create faceless content that makes you money on repeat.😎

✨ That time a guy told me to lose 7 pounds… 🙄

I quit trying to be perfect…
