@tat_tober day 16: Wolf. Here's my take on the classic, with a goofier longer face, possibly more werewolf than wolf.

@tat_tober day 15: Nautical. Pulled a late one after work to get this beast finished. Bit loose, but a piece i'd definitely like to develop in future.

@tat_tober day 14: Swallow. Quick, simple one today, inspired by the legend of the swallow stealing fire from the gods and giving it to humanity. Its said that in their anger they threw a firebrand at the swallow, burning its middle tail feathers, giving it its signature v shape. Had to finish the wee guy off with a Keith Flint double mohawk for good measure.

@tat_tober day 12: Dragon. Been wanting to try my hand at japanese dragons and finger waves for a while. Here's my first attempt. Happy with the overall composition but need to practice my scales more.

@tat_tober day 11: Religious. Heres my rendition of the Ophanim, one of the biblical angels described in the book of Ezekiel. Not the image that comes to mind when you think of angels is it.

Described as interlocking wheels covered in eyes, moving in harmony with the four-faced Cherubim beneath the throne of God. Vigilant cosmic guardians, never sleeping, and representing divine omniscience (all-seeing eyes) and omnipresence.

@tat_tober day 10: Horse. As its Chinese year of the fire horse, figured it'd be cool to have a pop at one.

@tat_tober day 9: Luck. Couldn't decide whether to do a Lucky Frog or a Lucky Gnome, so did both...as Han Solo and Obi Wan discussing how they escaped the empire in Star Wars a New Hope 🙃

BIt of a challenge doing 2 pieces without any prior experience doing things like this, definitely need to work on those cherry blossoms, yikes.

@tat_tober day 8: 90's style. As a kid growing up in the 90's i remember Looney Tunes and skateboarding were all the rage, so here's a Cyco Tweety Pie doing an ollie grab.

@tat_tober day 7: Panther. Had an idea and went with it. Love the result - even if it is absolutely mental.

@tat_tober day 6: Japanese Mask. Decided I wanted to draw an Oni mask for today's challenge. Bit of a different take than the usual look for the Oni, with a huge underbite and lots of hair, but i think it gives it a real aggressive look. Rushed the colouring to get this finished on time but pretty happy with the result.
