The bucket was worth 2. The celebration? Priceless. 😂🔥

Our 7th grader came with the finish AND the reaction. Stay for both. 🏀

Development goes beyond the court. 🧠🏀

This fall, Arsenal athletes are getting mental performance training with @cultivatedcore, built right into our practices!

Body language, bouncing back from setbacks, taking constructive criticism and recognizing/supporting teammates. Tools that work on the court and at home!

Every player has a next level.

The work isn’t always easy. But there’s joy in showing up, putting in the reps, and getting better alongside your teammates. 🏀

The smiles, the energy, the friendships, and the progress along the way—that’s what makes the work worth it.

EVERY PLAYER HAS A NEXT LEVEL.

“Coach doesn’t like me.”
“I can’t do anything right.”

Ever heard this on the ride home from practice or a game?

Sometimes constructive feedback feels personal to an athlete. As parents and guardians, we can help them work through that feeling and turn it into a teaching moment.

Try asking: “What was Coach asking you to change?” or “What could you ask Coach to help you understand?”

Correction and constructive criticism are part of life—in sports, school, and eventually work. Learning to listen, ask questions, and make adjustments while still believing in themselves is a skill our children can carry far beyond basketball.

Through our partnership with Cultivated Core, Arsenal is integrating Mental Performance Coaching into athlete development—building confidence, resilience, and communication skills, with tools for players, coaches, and families. 💚🏀

Save this for a future ride home.

DEVELOPMENT GOES BEYOND THE GAME.
