As I reflect on the past few months, my heart is filled with so many emotions gratitude, pride, heartbreak, and appreciation for everyone who made this journey possible.

Representing Canada at Miss Supranational has been one of the greatest honors of my life. This journey was so much more than three weeks in Poland. It was months of preparation, sacrifice, and dedication across the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam, all in pursuit of one dream.

The journey wasn’t always easy. I battled an infection that affected my ability to compete, faced homesickness, and while I was competing, my dad was hospitalized back home and couldn’t be there for finals night. Despite every challenge, I continued to show up because this opportunity meant everything to me.

If I’m being honest, finals night didn’t end the way I had hoped. I dreamed of hearing “Canada” called, and when that moment never came, it hurt. I’m disappointed, and I won’t pretend otherwise. But one result will never erase everything this journey gave me.

I leave with lifelong friendships, unforgettable memories, invaluable lessons, and a version of myself that is stronger, more resilient, and more grateful than ever before. No placement can ever take that away.

To everyone who voted, prayed, supported, encouraged, and believed in me, thank you. Your love carried me through every high and low, and I hope I represented Canada with grace, resilience, kindness, and authenticity.

The next slides are dedicated to the incredible people who stood beside me throughout this journey. This chapter may have ended, but my purpose has not. I will continue using my voice as a psychiatric nurse, mental health advocate, and founder of HealHer to make a difference, because the greatest impact isn’t measured by a crown, it’s measured by the lives we touch.

Today is the day. ✨👑

Months of preparation, countless rehearsals, tears, sacrifices, and unforgettable memories have all led to this moment.

Standing on the Miss Supranational stage has already been one of the greatest honors of my life. Every challenge I’ve faced has reminded me why I started this journey to represent Canada with pride, to advocate for mental health, and to show that our scars can become our greatest source of strength.

No matter what happens tonight, I know I’ve given this journey my whole heart.

To everyone who has supported me from home and around the world, thank you for believing in me. And to my dad, who couldn’t be here tonight you are with me in every step I take. This walk is for you, too. ❤️

It’s hard to believe tomorrow is the final. 🥹🤍

Already finding myself missing these incredible people, even though this journey isn’t over just yet. What started as strangers from around the world quickly became friends who made every rehearsal, every laugh, every challenge, and every unforgettable moment so much more meaningful.

No matter what happens tomorrow, I’m walking away with friendships that will last far beyond this competition. Thank you, my Supra sisters, for making this experience one I’ll cherish forever. Here’s to one last unforgettable day together. ❤️🌍
