POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
BE CRINGE, BE CREATIVE.

Everything is cringe until it starts working.

Go to the gym - "must be on steroids"
Start modelling - "what did you do to get there"
Make content - "eww wtf"
Talk intellectual - "giving free gyan again"

People will call you cringe because you already went where their mindset ends.

And the same people will say "I knew you would make it" once you win.

So be cringe. Be loud. Be creative.
Refuse to be ordinary.

What's the most cringe thing you did that actually worked for you? 👇

POV: You realize a guy who died a century ago understands your midnight overthinking better than anyone else. 💀

Why is Gen Z so obsessed with Franz Kafka? Because the alienation is too real.

👉 Tag a friend who needs to read Kafka.

You literally FAILED his test if you felt bad for the Joker even for one second.

That’s the trap.

Psychologists call it The Chaos Doctrine it’s not that he has no plan. His plan is to prove that YOU have no principle.

He tells you 3 different stories for his scars. Every scar is a lie. And every lie has the same purpose: to see if you’ll call a monster a “nice guy” just because he had a sad story.

Tony Stark built his ego to save the world.
Joker burned his to prove the world was already broken.

It’s not insanity.
It’s clarity without discipline. taken in New Delhi by @arshdubeyyy

@robertdowneyjr 's Tony Stark does not have an ego because he is Iron Man.
He is Iron Man BECAUSE he has an ego.

Psychologists call it the armored ego.

It's not "I'm better than everyone"
It's "I can, because everyone said I cannot"

From a CAVE to ENDGAME, his ego didn't destroy him.
His ego BUILT the suit. It SAVED him.

We were taught that ego is bad. That confidence is arrogance.
But without ego, there's no suit. Without ego, there's no Iron Man.

That's not arrogance.
That's DISCIPLINE.

Is your ego your armor or your prison?

In episode 2 of thie series I will decode a person who had no ego and became a monster. by @arshdubeyyy

When was the last time you read the entire facts of a case before you delivered your judgement on Instagram?

Why is it that we can write a 500-word essay of hate in 2 minutes on something we haven't even spent 2 minutes reading?

If justice starts with reading the file first, why does our outrage start without reading at all?

And tell me this whatever is happening in the country right now, every protest, every post, every headline... why is it all pointed at one person and one party? Which, let's be honest, is fine, accountability is needed. But here's the real question...

Why does the same voice that is so loud about one state's pain go completely silent when the same pain happens in another state? As if that state doesn't even exist on the map?

Why does ideology decide which victim deserves your outrage and which one doesn't?

Is it because you didn't read? Or is it because you only read what confirms what you already believe?

What if the most dangerous thing is not picking the wrong side, but picking a side without ever reading the facts?

So before you pick a side today have you actually read both sides? Or have you just chosen the side that feels more convenient to hate with?

Who said you have to lose someone completely to feel their absence?

Some people are still alive.
Still out there.
Maybe even watching your stories.
But the version of them you knew?
That version is gone.

And you never really got a funeral for it.

No closure.
No last talk.
Just distance that kept growing until silence became your new normal.

You tell people you’ve moved on.
And you have on most days.

You work. You laugh. You function.
But then there are nights like these.

Two mugs on the table.
One lamp still on.
And two versions of you staring at each other-
One who still wants to text,
And one who knows it’s better not to.

So let me ask you…

When did you last check if you’re actually healed?
Or have you just gotten really good at pretending you don’t miss them?

Is it the person you miss?
Or is it who you were when you were with them?

And if you sat alone tonight honestly alone
Who would your mind walk back to,
even after all these years?

If you felt this in your chest,
don’t just scroll.
Comment with one word the feeling you couldn’t name till now.

I’d love to read every single one.

Let me tell you a secret.
I still don't feel like a confident orator.

I never did.

So how did I win in school, in college, and even at the national level?

I stopped waiting to feel confident.
I just started speaking without it.
Confidence came much later. Actions came first.

If I can, then you can too.
What are you waiting for? by @arshdubeyyy

She was never told to be safe. She was told to be convenient.

Don’t wear short clothes, or men will stare.

Don’t laugh too loud, or they’ll assume you’re asking for it.

Don’t go out at night, or don’t complain if something happens.

Tell me who made these rules? And for whose comfort?

Why is a woman’s freedom always negotiated with a man’s gaze?

Why is her character measured by her hemline, but his character never questioned for his stare?

Why does society teach daughters to shrink, instead of teaching sons to behave?

This is not about safety. This is about control disguised as concern.

She is not expected to be safe. She is expected to be obedient.

And if you still think her clothes decide her safety

Ask yourself: What kind of man needs a dress code to know how to act like a human?

If this made you uncomfortable, good. It was meant to.

Comment “TRUTH” if you’ve seen this happen or faced it. by @arshdubeyyy

What if I told you EVERYTHING around you is already talking to you... and you're just not listening?

Why do you feel someone is lying before they even finish their sentence?
Why do certain streets, faces, crowds feel wrong even when nothing happened?
Why did Nostradamus predict patterns centuries before they happened?

It’s not magic. It’s PATTERN RECOGNITION.

The same science your brain uses to spot a fake smile, a dangerous situation, or a hidden opportunity.

People like Nostradamus, Carl Jung, Sherlock Holmes (yes, he’s based on real profiling), and modern FBI profilers didn't have superpowers.

They just learned to see what you ignore:
• Repeated behaviors > Words
• Micro-expressions > Promises
• Environment > Excuses

The solar system repeats orbits. Nature repeats fractals. Humans repeat mistakes.
Once you see the pattern, you can predict the next move.

Want to learn how to read it?

Start here. Save this reel, because once you unsee the patterns, you can’t go back.

5 books that will rewire how you see people & the world:

1. The Gift of Fear - Gavin de Becker (How your subconscious spots danger patterns before your logic does)

2. What Every BODY is Saying - Joe Navarro (Ex-FBI agent on body language)

3. Thinking, Fast and Slow - Daniel Kahneman (Why your brain jumps to patterns and how to control it)

4. The Art of Noticing - Rob Walker (Training your eye to see patterns in everyday life)

5. Influence - Robert Cialdini (The 6 repeated patterns behind all human persuasion)

Which pattern have YOU been ignoring lately? Comment below.

SAVE this for when you need to decode someone or something.
