Dang, this piece was super fun to bring to life. Thanks to Erynn for letting me give this to her… My favorite part of tattooing is shading. :)

I did this one today and I know I have a thousand tattoos I need to post, I just had to share it, I would love to do more stuff like this.

No filters or fancy gear, just my iPhone and some nice north-facing light. Today was overcast so it was perfect for photos.

If you have a cool idea let me know. :) dms welcome. BOOK NOW button under bio.

Thanks again to everyone who supports me and keeps @merakiinks such a dope place to be.

Have a great weekend!

A 9 hour drawing I did in September. The song is a scratch track/demo I recorded on my iPad just messing with GarageBand.
Custom brush I created in Procreate. It takes a long time to build up value and contrast, and I find it very meditative.

Super fun project with Paige. :) Huge shoutout to her for letting me do the first tattoo, and for letting me do the coverup about a year later. :) Some people might be sad to coverup their old work, but this was an absolute blast and I love the new tattoo so much. Thanks to Paige for trusting the process and for sitting like a boss.

If you have an old tattoo you don’t want anymore hit me up and we’ll see what we can do! DMs are welcome, and if needed we can set up a free in-person consultation.

Stay wild, ya’ll!

Felicia and I have been working on a partial leg sleeve for the past couple months and it’s coming to life! Still have some shading to do on both pieces, and a few more leaves to add up by the dragon fly. Can’t wait to add the outer thigh portion and to finish shading everything. Huge shoutout to Felicia for toughing it out and for sitting so well.

Let me help you bring your idea to life! Shoot me a message and we’ll start working on it together. :)

Anyone recognize the little dudes flying on bugs? Haha

Keep on groovin’!

This is a work in progress! 2nd session in! Huge thanks to Sadie for letting me design this piece, and for toughing out the process of a full-sleeve. This inner skin is super duper tender, and she sat like an absolute champ. Thanks for the trust, Sadie!

People ask me a lot what I like to tattoo the most. Honestly, it’s anything with shading! I love shading, building up textures, and adding details that you might not notice until you look closer. It’s fun to design something that combines feminine beauty with dark vibes. :)

This was really fun to put together for Ashley. She wanted this memorial piece, and I really like how she worked in the meaning. Tattoos can be really personal and very sentimental, and it’s an honor and humbling to be able to help others bring them to life. Ashley did the initial design work, and I totally don’t mind taking your idea and refining it! If you like to draw or doodle, and want me to clean up your drawing and then tattoo it I would love to help!

Book Now button under my bio so you can find a time that works for you. We were able to finish this tattoo in a single full-day session. Feel free to drop me a line my DMs so we can start cookin’ on your idea!

Have a beautiful day. :)

It was really good to get to see Keaton again. He has always given me the funnest drawing challenges. For this one he wanted a sailboat on top of a mountain. I love these illustrative tattoos… they tell a story, and even though I might not know the whole story, I sure love trying to figure it out.

If you have a funky idea, hit me up! I would love to design it for you, and bring it to life on your skin.

Feel free to drop me a DM with your idea and we can start working on it together. :)

Stay on top!

This was a super fun request from Devin. He’s got some old surgery scars and wanted his piece of broccoli to interact with it, but not cover it up. Doing the little florets of the top was super fun. Ever trimmed broccoli for cooking? I left a lot of those little pieces on because I love the shape of those.

Want some color work? I’m so totally down! DMs are welcome, so feel free to drop me a line about your idea. It’s free to book with me!

I love designing custom pieces! This was a mashup of 3 different image references and it was so fun to bring to life for Kyndra. Thank you for the trust and for cool idea! If you have a custom idea and want to talk about it we can meet in person, or you can DM me and we can start chatting about your idea there!

I love doing a big full-day piece, no need for multiple smaller sessions! Let’s just get ‘er done!

Have a beautiful day, and take a load off - do a little reading. :)
