Tomorrow night’s First Thursday will feature the opening of @platformprojectspace’s final show, “Heads” by Kathryn Lynch. Platform Project Space was created by artist Elizabeth Hazan in 2018 through the Two Trees Cultural Space Subsidy Program. We thank Elizabeth for all of her work these past eight years and the many incredible shows hosted at Platform Project Space. Be sure to check out “Heads” at tomorrow’s First Thursday and on view until June 20!

First Thursday Gallery Walk is tonight from 6-8pm!
On the first Thursday of every month, DUMBO’s galleries stay open late for a night of art, gallery openings, artist talks, and live performance. Visitors enjoy incredible views of the East River and the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges as they walk along the waterfront from one gallery to the next and can enjoy local drink specials and an exhibition at DUMBO stalwart Superfine. Thanks for coming out to this weekend’s DUMBO Open Studios! Over the weekend, we counted over 6,000 visitors all throughout the neighborhood exploring Dumbo’s art scene.
