EN: In 2023 we opened our project space to present contemporary artists in the Luberon. Over the past three years we have had the privilege of showing exceptional artists. Who brought dynamic and engaging exhibitions to our space. We are now closing our doors on our Rue La Republique location.

We want to thank all the artist that were gracious enough to present their work with us. To our amazing neighbors, especially Cher Monsieur Rigo. And all of you that supported us and for the community you have help us build.

We are looking forward to seeing you in October with a new location and new projects.

It was SUCH a pleasure to sit down recently with the incredibly talented William Ruller, a painter and ceramicist whose visual language was forged somewhere you wouldn't expect: the abandoned mills of upstate New York, where he grew up.

He lives in Apt now, in the Luberon, and one of the things I loved most about our conversation was his honesty. He doesn't think Provence has changed his painting and yet he keeps finding his own eye here, in the ruins of old chateaux, an abandoned confit factory, the structures the landscape is quietly taking back.

We talked about what it means to live somewhere that isn't the place that made you. The mist over the valley he loves more than the postcard sunshine. Raising children between two cultures. Why he loves October in Provence. And the first Provençal strawberry that made him feel he'd never really tasted one before.

It's a conversation about place, identity, and what we carry with us wherever we create...

The episode's out now and the link is in my bio if you want to have a listen.
