If Punjab had a voice… it would sound something like this. 🌹
A little tribute to the voice that carried the soul of Punjab through generations — Surinder Kaur ji.👸🏻
This one was painted with a little bit of colour, a lot of nostalgia, and endless love for her music.

Tell me… which Surinder Kaur song takes you straight back home?🥹

The path on which Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji offered his head for truth, justice, and freedom of faith was never meant to end with him.
The Chaar Sahibzaade walked the same path, not by inheritance, but by conviction.
Their sacrifice was not an act of defiance alone, but a fulfillment of a legacy rooted in dharma, courage, and unwavering belief.
Young in age, yet unshaken in spirit, they chose truth over life, faith over fear.
Through this artwork I tried to capture the moment where earthly martyrdom meets divine acceptance - where Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji calls the Sahibzaade home, welcoming them on the eternal path where truth never bows.

PARNAAM SHAHEEDA NU 🙏🏻

What is courage to you?❤️

For me, courage isn’t about having no fear…..
It is about knowing what is worth standing for — and having the strength to stand for it, even when you’re afraid.🤌🏻

I tried to represent my idea of courage through this artwork.

Maybe courage is speaking up when everyone else chooses silence.
Maybe it is protecting someone who cannot protect themselves.
Maybe it is choosing kindness when you have every reason to become bitter.
Maybe it is standing alone when the world tells you to step back.

But there is one man whose life makes the meaning of courage feel almost limitless….

A man who stood against tyranny when standing meant sacrifice.
Who turned fear into fearlessness.
Who turned ordinary people into the Khalsa.

Who taught that if you have the strength to fight, you must also have the character to fight for what is right.

Guru Gobind Singh Ji.🌹

He didn’t merely teach courage.
He embodied it.
He demanded it.
And he lived it.

For Guru Gobind Singh Ji, courage was never simply about carrying a sword.
It was about having the courage to stand against injustice, protect the vulnerable, speak the truth, and remain steadfast when the price of righteousness was everything.
That is the spirit of the Sant-Sipahi:
A heart compassionate enough to feel.
A mind courageous enough to question.
And a spirit powerful enough to stand.
Because true courage isn’t becoming fearless.
It is feeling fear — and still refusing to do what is wrong.
That is what courage looks like to me.

Now tell me yours.
If you had to define courage in just one sentence: what would it be ?
Comment down!!🤌🏻

I painted a dream I couldn’t forget!🤍

A few months back,I dreamt of Sri Guru Har Krishan Sahib Ji emerging from the sacred Sarovar, surrounded by a calm I can’t put into words. When I opened my eyes, that image refused to leave my mind.
I wasn’t looking for a reference.
I wasn’t scrolling for inspiration.
I simply painted what I had seen in my dream.

On the sacred Guru Purab of Guru Har Krishan Sahib Ji, this is my humble tribute to the Guru who taught the world that compassion is the greatest strength.

At just five years old, Guru Sahib became the Eighth Sikh Guru and selflessly served people during the epidemic in Delhi, regardless of religion or status.
Today Gurudwara Shri Bangla Sahib stands as a reminder of that timeless legacy of seva, faith, and hope.

This artwork isn’t just a painting for me.It’s a memory I carried from a dream onto the canvas.

I’d love to know—what was the first thought that came when you saw this artwork?

And have you ever had a dream that inspired you to create something?

If this touched your heart, share it so more people can remember the beautiful legacy of Guru Har Krishan Sahib Ji. 🤍

DHAN DHAN BALA PRITAM 🙏🏻🤍

“A child in age. A Guru in wisdom. A healer through compassion.” ✨

A few months ago, I had a dream that stayed with me long after I woke up.

In my dream, I saw Sri Guru Har Krishan Sahib Ji emerging peacefully from the sacred Sarovar, radiating an indescribable sense of peace, compassion, and divine light. I can’t explain why I saw it that way, but when I woke up, I knew this was how I wanted to portray Guru Sahib in my artwork. This painting is simply my artistic interpretation of that deeply personal dream.

As we celebrate the Guru Purab of Sri Guru Har Krishan Sahib Ji, I also wanted to remember the incredible legacy He left behind.

At just five years of age, Guru Har Krishan Sahib Ji became the Eighth Guru of Sikhism, reminding the world that true leadership is measured by humility, kindness, and selfless service—not by age.
During the devastating epidemic in Delhi, while many fled in fear, Guru Sahib chose to serve the sick and suffering without discrimination. His compassion became a beacon of hope for countless people.

Today, the Sarovar of Gurdwara Bangla Sahib stands as a symbol of that compassion and seva. For generations, devotees have come here with faith, seeking peace, strength, and spiritual comfort while remembering Guru Sahib’s boundless grace.

This artwork is my humble tribute to that spirit of compassion—and to a dream that inspired me to paint Guru Sahib in a way that felt deeply meaningful to me.
If this post helped you learn something new about Guru Har Krishan Sahib Ji or the history of Bangla Sahib, I’d love for you to share it with someone else. May more people discover the legacy of the Guru whose greatest miracle was His compassion.

Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh. 🙏

DHAN DHAN BALA PRITAM 🙏🏻

Have you ever felt like you were drowning... even though everyone around you thought you were okay?

There are battles we fight in silence.
Days when the darkness feels heavier than our own strength.
When hope starts slipping away.

When it feels like no one truly understands what we’re carrying inside.

Maybe you’ve felt that too.

While creating this artwork, I wasn’t trying to paint a hand reaching toward the light.

I was trying to paint “us”

That part of us which refuses to give up, even when life becomes unbearably difficult.

The ray of light represents something we often forget during our darkest moments.

A reminder that we are never truly alone.

While reflecting on the teachings of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, I kept coming back to ੴ (Ik Onkar).

To me, it is a reminder that there is One Divine Presence within all of creation—one light that exists beyond fear, beyond ego, beyond darkness. A light that doesn’t disappear when life becomes difficult; sometimes our pain simply makes it harder to see.

This artwork is my personal artistic interpretation of that feeling.

No matter how deep the darkness seems...
”Keep going”.

Because sometimes faith isn’t knowing that the light will come.

It’s choosing to reach for it anyway.

If this artwork spoked to you, tell me...

What does this light mean to you?

If this piece resonates with you, take it as a reminder:
“Never stop reaching for the light.”❤️

❤️🙏🏻Tera Keea Meetha Laagai 🙏🏻❤️

“Sweet is Your Will, O Lord; Nanak asks only for the treasure of Your Name.” 📿

This artwork is my humble attempt to portray the eternal spirit and sacrifice of Sri Guru Arjan Dev Ji.
While depicting the moments of Shaheedi, I didn’t want to show pain or suffering. Instead, I wanted to portray Guru Sahib as Divine Light itself — rising above the flames with complete peace and acceptance of Hukam.

The glowing silhouette symbolizes their eternal presence and spiritual radiance.
The Golden Temple in the background represents the legacy and blessings left behind.
ੴ Ik Onkar reminds us of the oneness of the Creator while the birds symbolize peace, freedom and divine serenity.
Guru Arjan Dev Ji endured unimaginable suffering on the burning hot plate, yet remained immersed in Waheguru’s will and blessed the world with the message:

“ਤੇਰਾ ਕੀਆ ਮੀਠਾ ਲਾਗੈ”

Through His life, Guru Sahib taught us that true strength is not in revenge, but in acceptance.
Not in hatred, but in compassion.
Not in power, but in surrender to the Divine.

This artwork is a tribute to their sacrifice, courage and boundless love.

🙏 Dhan Dhan Sri Guru Arjan Dev Ji.

My entry for the Lagaan Poster Challenge by @aamirkhanproductions

Lagaan isn’t just a film about cricket—it is a story of resistance, unity, hope, and freedom from oppression.🏏

For this poster, I wanted every element to carry meaning:

🔸 The shattered Victoria Coin symbolizes the breaking of the burden of Lagaan and the villagers’ fight against unjust taxation.

🔸 The British Flag in the background represents the colonial power looming over the story, while Bhuvan’s determined gaze stands as a challenge to that authority.

🔸 The Cricket Ball at the center signifies the game that became a weapon of courage and change.

🔸 The Village Team stands united at the bottom, reflecting the collective spirit that transformed ordinary people into history-makers.

This artwork was created entirely by me in Adobe Photoshop, illustrated layer by layer using a Wacom Pen Tablet @wacomindia . The piece combines digital illustration, graphic design, painting techniques, textures, and mixed-media elements.

No AI. No Generative Tools. Just Illustration, Design & Storytelling.

KHALSA MERO ROOP HAI KHAAS ⚔️
Not just created... the Khalsa was nurtured.🌱✨
Through this artwork I wanted to show that Guru Gobind Singh Ji planted the seed of faith, and Mata Sahib Kaur Ji nourished it with grace.
From it grew the Khalsa-rooted in courage, compassion, and discipline,
guided by the Panj Kakkar: Kesh, Kara, Kirpan, Kachera,Kangha and with the Panj Pyare as its first blossoms... a spirit that continues to rise forever.
~Khalsa banaya nahi gaya... boya gaya si.
Guru Sahib ne beej boya,Mata Sahib Kaur ji ne secheya -te Panj Pyare usdi pehli kaliyan bane.🙏🏻
