I made something cool. I came across a shop at Marina, this idea came to me.

I wanted to test myself by doing more environmental design and I’m fairly pleased with how this came out.

Had to edit the last post. Creating the lighting for the scene was a bit tricky, but I’m fairly satisfied how it came out.

Did you know @artby_lash worked on the Game Concept Art for the new Disney+ series inspired by Nigeria, created by the Nigerian game studio @maliyoapp?

Dayo’s life has been steeped in design. He’s not just an illustrator; he’s an architect as well. This creative spark makes him feel like a miniature god, bringing new things to life - from residential and institutional buildings to graphic design illustrations and comic books.

Dayo’s talents are as varied as his work. He is also the mastermind behind the captivating illustrations for Hauwa’s Mad House, a comic book by @h_a_u_w_a

Inking a sketch for a cover for one of the comics I’m working on. The clients liked the “floating head” poster concept you see in a lot of recent movies.

So putting all the characters so that the pose is dynamic, yet readable was an interesting task. Not to mention, the positioning has a some subtle storytelling to it

I was privileged to work as one of the character designers for a group of enemy types in the upcoming game “Galaxy Pilgrim”, a high-stakes physics platformer where you boost your character through chaotic pinball levels, dodging deadly traps and collecting points along the way.

For one level, inhabited by a tribe of hyenas, I was tasked with developing the character designs and shape language across different archetypes, including shooters, mages, and more.

Below, you can see my process, from references, to sketches, to final designs.

I’m excited to share these and would love to hear your thoughts! I’ve also attached a link where you can wishlist the game.

A quick late night sketch. I tried putting down an idea I had for an antagonist for a soccer series.

I should make some time to finish this, but I’m not a fan of how time consuming using the pen tool Adobe animate could be
