I get asked a lot when my books will open or if I'm taking new clients. The answer is that my books ARE open and YES I love new clients!

Though some tattoos require a longer process with consultations and even art reviews, I try to make this process as easy as I can with flexible scheduling and video options.

I'm always ready to hear new ideas, and I leave gaps in my calendar for fitting in those quick little tattoos, too!

What's an idea for your next tattoo?

Many might not realize, but I'm a big classic country fan. I have a huge collection of early country records and far more Johnny Cash records than I can count. From early gospel and The Tennessee Three, to more modern. But this post isn't about that. That was just the hook.

This post is about Dolly Parton. An angel the we lost, and if you don't know, then you should. Beyond her effervescent personality, was a human beyond compare. Promoting positivity in everything she touched.

I do not own enough albums of hers, and when Johnny passed, I was able to get the papers and publications, but we live in a digital world and I'm a little saddened that I won't have those newspaper clippings to remember the passing of this angel.

Anyways, my heart is a little open and raw today, but we must go on and support her dreams and energy.

Goodnight, Dolly, we'll be livin'. by @artbyclinton

If you know me, you know I collect bones, skulls, taxidermy, etc. If you don't, well now you know. Sometimes in that process I get more than I have space for and I have been known to stick things in my parents freezer... and maybe forget about them. 😬

So here's to my parents being awesome and doing the dirty work to still preserve a skull for me when they needed the freezer space.

(They got creative in their own way and have bets on how it gets cleaned) by @artbyclinton

It's my birthday today and I wanted to share some things I made recently! I let me know what you think and what your next tattoo idea is. by @artbyclinton

Recently I spent a “little” time under the needle and I couldn’t be happier!

What started with an idea that transformed into something different with keeping the thought behind it, purely amazing. Having an artist that is truly gifted, listens to your reason for your design and then brings it to life, epic!

Do you have an idea or thought? Big or small? Reach out to @artbyclinton and he’ll make it come to life. by @artbyclinton

It's been ages since I used this pic. I was gonna take a fresh one, but couldn't find the mask. So here's me with less tattoos and little clue what the future held.

I hope everybody survived the winter, is having a gentle step into spring, enjoying the better weather, and welcoming the new season.

Stay fresh! 🐰 by @artbyclinton

I've been finding social media to be a drag lately and the amount of work I 'should' be doing to keep up the flow and stay present in your feeds often seems like a mountainous task. It just gets kind of overwhelming to sort and edit everything into videos and reels and posts.

So, Hi! I'm still here. I'm still pushing on. I'm still learning and growing. Most importantly, I'm here to make rad art and tattoo you! Send me a DM or hit the booking link in my bio and let's make something cool together. 😎 by @artbyclinton

Another piece in the full body work in progress. I can’t believe it’s almost the end of March, though! I need to make another appointment so I can keep some momentum instead of once again losing track of all time by @artbyclinton

I love very much that this was a collaborative design. I brought an initial picture I found online, and then we sat together and both sketched elements, had suggestions, and made changes. The end result was changed from something I liked but was unoriginal, to something I loved that was unique and contained my own design inputs. by @artbyclinton

I usually keep my posts nonpolitical, but I have something to say. Buckle up for a long read or move on, it's your choice.

I grew up punk rock. We stood against, and fought against racism and fascism. I can't count the number of times we had to hold our ground to stamp out street nazis. It was a battle we fought in a time that it wasn't the mainstream, it was underground and we fought it underground.

Over time, most of my punk rock community of anarchists moved towards homesteading. Growing gardens, raising livestock, and finding ways to support each other and our communities through shared skills and resources. It was like the punk rock retirement plan.

But we are here now. In America. Its worse than ever and nothing like we could expect. As a youth we rebelled against the establishment. We rebelled against the system. We rebelled against racism.

Other countries news now show what's happening in America like what we have been shown what's going on in countries that media portrays as "war torn third world countries".

I see so much division in my left leaning friends and my more conservative neighbors. Everybody is living in their little bubble and doing exactly what the media wants.

So what now? What do we do? First, drop the "woke left" and "maga crowd" bullshit. Stop dividing yourselves. That's how they get us. They divide us.

Open your ears and your hearts to each other. Sure, we might not agree on all things, but we can rally under the things we do agree on and be better for it.

Its only when we get together to stand for, defend, and push for what's right, that we will retain any freedom that we think we have. Cuz right now, this is not the country of the free and the brave. Let's remedy that.

Create community, find foundation, support each other, fight the system, do what it takes to get this done.

If you've read this far, good on you, I talk a lot when I'm feeling passionate.

DM me with any thoughts, questions, or concerns you wanna talk about. I can direct you to resources or just be an ear for things you are uncomfortable to talk about with others.

Much love and no judgment. Be well and do what you feel is right. by @artbyclinton
