An expedition into the late night.

Worked on this one non-stop for five hours and just GRINDED. The reclaimed canvas was from the 60’s so definitely had lost some pop. It was a challenge to get even layers but I’m stoooked with how the green turned out and very proud of my little Picasso Guy. He’s not sad but he ain’t happy that’s fs.

A painting for my boy.

I figured I’d try my hand at painting a few things after I picked up some old supplies from an Estate Sale in town. Felt really cool to use the tools of someone who could no longer create. I think they’ll be very happy they’re being put to good use.

This was fun!! I’m not dialed yet as this was the first acrylic I’ve done in YEARS but I will be doing more!

Drew this one at the bar @sansimonbend 🐐

I had the lil caption in mind already. Once I finished up I asked the connoisseurs behind bar what they thought the caption should be. “Joysick” was the response. I thought that was way sicker than “Fever Dream” so we had to just write both. Drawing by candlelight at the bar hits DIFFERENT. by @artbycolson
