Painted this one from a pair of Oakleys. The exact model came from @microcosm2k, who sells vintage Y2K eyewear that is way cooler than anything in my own drawer. 😎

20 x 30 cm, oil on wood panel.

New work goes to auction all year round, bidding from $99. The link goes out by email, so subscribe and it reaches you first. 🔗

My first painting of the year is here 🤍
An original oil painting from my $99 series, featuring a woman resting in a white blouse, surrounded by soft, airy brushstrokes and subtle texture. Calm, quiet, and slightly mysterious.

The first auction goes live at the end of January.

What a special and slightly surreal day 🤍
I was already receiving messages about the episode, while I still had to wait to watch it myself. I saved it for today, watching together with my family after a cozy Christmas breakfast 🎄

I’ve been truly overwhelmed by all the reactions. Thank you so much to everyone who watched, reached out, and shared such kind words. I really appreciate it ❤️!

Swipe right to see the process of the artwork.. trust the process 😉🫣 taken in Amsterdam, Netherlands by @artbyhercules

I can finally share the news… Earlier this year, I took part in something incredibly exciting: the Dutch TV show Sterren Op Het Doek! 🎨📺

Together with fellow artists Simon and @hildepaalvast , I had the honour of painting a Dutch celebrity: @carrie_ten_napel. At the end of the episode, the she chooses one artwork to take home… and the remaining pieces are auctioned for charity. 💛

You’ll see me painting live, my art studio, and even get a glimpse into my creative thought process while creating the final artwork. The recordings were months ago and looking back, the shoot days were so fun and inspiring! Truly an honour to be part of this project.

Curious to see who wins? 👀
Tune in on Saturday, December 20th at 20:40 on omroep MAX!
