Shout-out to the ladies. Happy International Women's Day!
Some little bts from @phobarofficial and @tacolove.co before they opened their locations!

The first/most recent pic hits home for me being an Orlando native and coming back to do this 🫶🏼 I'll post more about it another day, but that one was inspired by my mom!

A huge thank you to them for empowering a lil ol' female artist like me! 🎨 I hope everyone is enjoying the spaces if you've dropped by!

Flavor of our Roots. 2024 @phobarofficial

Insight to my process and some close ups!
Taking time lapses and process pics helps me to document the things that work and see how I can do better in the future. It's turned into a habit to always take them. So I included a super sped up version and series for fun 😊 by @artbynuggs

Finally sharing this wall I did a year and half ago 😅
I've thought tons of edits, captions..ways I wanted to share this piece that it paralyzed me to ever post it.

I can write something really long, but I'd like to keep this as short as I can. I edited this as a love letter to the me that was painting this mural at the time. Looking back at the many silly clips and pics, it reminded me how vicious long hours, late nights, and overthinking can be. The love, joy, and pain that can go into each brushstroke that, for me, roots deeper than just what's seen on the surface that I always hope visitors can feel even a moment of the community of people that made this wall and what it represents possible. I love this piece so much...

Thank you @phobarofficial for supporting the lil vietnamese artist in me that continues to grow

Posting process and final detail pics soon!

Been stuck in my head waiting to make the "perfect post"
Holding onto clips and pics when days pass, then weeks turn into months until I start to forget the moments I just felt happy to complete another piece of myself. All because of getting too busy to share it a certain way before working on the next one when it happens all over again.

Consistency is something I wanted to work on more this year so that I don't forget that feeling. So whatever, I already finished projects after this and need to move on LOL

This ones inspired by a people I'm blessed and proud to be surrounded by whose culture is built on making sure to make time for the moments. Idk let's call it For Me & You 🫴🏻

Thank you @lairaiofficial for sharing what nhậu means and the opportunity to be a part of it.
📸: @macanomnom for preserving the beautiful memories that this place continues to foster and share with others. I love youuu ❤️

Just some moments working on a quick wall for @lairaiofficial

There were brick panels already installed, so I added joint compound to add texture and pull the flat wall and brick together.
I also did some faux limewash to all the flat walls to make it a little more cozy, including ceiling parts–my neckkk 😅 Nothing fancy, but I've been experimenting with mediums some I want to get in the habit of documenting more.

Will share more about the design decisions and story of the wall next!🧡 by @artbynuggs

LOLL
Pls I'm not that weird. I just like goofing off when I'm on 2 hrs of sleep and working back to back days. My work isn't good enough to be this silly 💀 but I hope this can be a reminder that it's ok to have fun by @artbynuggs

Hi
I met an artist that said they wanna try gold leaf so here's a dreamy gold leaf edit ✨ this was the 2nd time I got to use gold leaf for a mural and I'd like to use it more. This was for @eatsovereign in '23. The gold made sense with their name for the shop. There's these cool tigers and stuff too.

Ty @eatsovereign for the opportunity 🙏🏼🐅

I'll post pics next 🐣 taken in Sovereign: Poke, Boba, Asian Kitchen by @artbynuggs

Very happy with these panos, so milky. Id like more gold leaf projects please.

Built Different, eatsovereign's slogan, phrase, way to live.
Their mascot is defined by a tiger, a recognizable symbol for strength, courage, and unpredictability. 🐅

I wanted to express that boldly while retaining its silence as a nocturnal predator. Yinyang for balance, reflective glares for caution, and peonies for luck. Tread lightly before you strike. Their poke bowls are really good. Fresh meat 👍🏻 taken in Sovereign: Poke, Boba, Asian Kitchen by @artbynuggs

Hi everyone
I'm sorry to take so long. Long enough to tell myself that it's not good enough. Long enough to never get to editing clips. Long enough to forget the excitement of when i was in the moment of creating.

Every year I choose a word to define what I want to work on through the end of the year. Last year, 2025, was "enough." After saying yes to everything for so long, I started to learn how to say no. Not bc I want to do the bare minimum, but to sleep, to rest and be ok knowing the world will continue to spin. It's not perfect, but I'm getting better at it.

This year is "consistency." I want to prove to myself, that my enough is worth something. I hope you know, you're enough. And I love you for that. by @artbynuggs
