So this is my art account!!!! And this just a reflective moment real quick for my artistic journey so far since coming home. Can’t fit everything, cause I’m also not a big fan of taking pics of moment, but I’m trying to do that more.

Only been home for 6 months so far. Still doesn’t feel like it though. And it hasn’t been all fun. Definitely has it tough moment and still getting used to be home. Got to work with some many dope creative so far in this beautiful city of Philly. Got back to work on putting together events and really leaned into my photography and videography much more. And I hope to continue to do so and can’t wait to work with more creatives. Here to another 6 months ✨✨✨🫡🫡🫡🫡

None of this is possible without god. I tried hard for years to be in control of my own artistic journey and I got tired. Turned it over to god, still struggle with that at moments, but my artists journey has been so much more clear and fruitful ever since doing that. Thank you Jesus. Was shooting promo in nyc for The Wire Festival and during takes went into nyc library and they had a whole museum in that jawn showcasing some beautiful American history. First image is just so beautiful and really reminded me of Black Americans Resiliency. Despite the crimes that happened to us, we were still creating through everything. Through Slavery, Reconstruction, Jim Crow, up till now, we used our voices to change the world. That’s God given right there. Every music genre that the world and especially America enjoys today, comes from us. Include ROCK AND ROLL, PUNK/ALT ROCK & ESPECIALLY HOUSE MUSIC. And a lot of these genres were created by BLACK WOMEN.

We just don’t stop creating art. Just would like to remind black people and everyone in general of just how powerful your art is. Artists please don’t ever stop creating🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿 Check out more pieces from the museum, that was also really powerful

If yall not locked with @pink.father y’all better, because he got some heat coming out soon. Underground Hip Hop is coming back!!!!

Really been locking in with local creatives and creating some fire content, to help local creative bring their visions to life. As most of you know, I’m a manager/creative director. I’ve been doing it for about the past 3/4 years now! Really looking to lock in with more creatives in the city of Philly! So as a gift to the creatives here! All consultations are free for the entire year. Now, that doesn’t mean go crazy and do a consultation every month! Nah, if you need help with a specific projects or some ideas, we can set up 1-2 consultations per artists!!!!!

As many of you know, I spent the last year away serving our country. It was a long and meaningful year. One filled with reflection, gratitude, and clarity. During that time, I thought deeply about Art Album, the creative family we’ve built, and the impact this community has had on so many lives.

Before I left, I’ll be honest, I was burnt out. Burnout is real. But through that season, God reminded me of the dream He placed in my heart, a dream rooted in love, creativity, and purpose. What God and Jesus Christ have planted within me can never burn out. My passion for the arts and for this incredible community has been renewed, and I’m back; ready, focused, and filled with purpose to continue building and serving through Art Album.

If this past few years have shown us anything, it’s that community matters. Since the pandemic, spaces that bring people together have been shaken. That’s why we’re more committed than ever to making Art Album a home. A space where anyone can come to share their love for the arts, connect authentically, and simply be human.

Moving forward, we’re raising the bar. We’ll be hosting fewer events but with even greater intention, creativity, and quality. Every experience should feel like you’ve stepped into Art Heaven. If it doesn’t feel that way, we’ll go back to the drawing board.

We’re also expanding our focus to include more community based projects and collaborations, connecting artists directly with the heart of Philadelphia. Because while events bring us together for a night, community keeps us together for a lifetime.

There’s so much more on the horizon, but for now, I just wanted to say: I’m back.

And to every creative out there. Don’t ever give up on your dream. The world needs your art now more than ever. You are the storytellers, the documenters of history, the mirrors that reflect our world, and the voice that reminds people that they’re not alone. What you do is not just art! It’s ministry for the soul. It’s hope, it’s healing, it’s essential. Stay true, stay creative, and let love lead the way. 🤍🤍🤍 taken in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania by @artbyozuna

So sometimes I be forgetting I’m a manager and that I really do help artists for real. 😭😭😭Not even gonna cap. Super excited that Art Album will be presenting our first solo art show highlighting da goat @universetika

This was a long time in the making and super proud of @universetika she is a best selling author. Not once, but twice. With over 45,000 copies sold worldwide. All by the age of 22. She da goat poet in Philly and that’s a fact. We only gonna ramp up from here. Y’all can go buy the art of rage and severance. Just hit the link in the bio on @universetika page.
