I’m still relishing the moment I got to give my sister @cooking_con_omi the self portrait I painted of her.

Thank you to everyone who captured this beautiful moment and shared it with me. I truly appreciate each and every one of you for your love and support in this journey with me. 🫶🏽🎨

And check out mommy meeting Omi for the first time. 🥲

Unbox this package I received from @cositas_by_mia , a Latina owned small business based in PA!

If you love the Birds like I do or are always looking for unique gifts, go give her a follow and show her some love! Supporting a small business doesn’t always mean making a purchase. Sometimes, a follow, a share, or spreading the word can make a difference. It’s free and helps our community grow! ❤️🙌🏽

BTW Go BIRDS 🦅

One thing about me, I’m a very humble person. I’m not the type to brag about who I am or what I have. But one thing my mom is going to do is remind me that sometimes, you HAVE to speak up and let people know who you are and what you bring to the table.

Because sometimes, people need to see that there’s more to you than meets the eye. All my life, I’ve been judged and hated on based on how I look, without people even knowing who I am as a person. The truth is, I’m really down to earth, and there’s so much more to me than what people see on the outside.

And I know this message isn’t just for me, but for someone else who needs to hear it too. Stay encouraged. There’s nothing wrong with being humble while also acknowledging who you are, what you’ve accomplished, and the gifts God has given you. Because sometimes, you have to remind people that there’s more to your story. 🫶🏽

As a Latina artist, I’m truly honored to have had the opportunity to meet New Jersey Attorney General Jennifer Davenport and share my culture, my story, and my art. @newjerseyoag

Thank you for seeing me, taking the time to hear my story, and appreciating my work. It truly means so much to have my art and culture recognized and celebrated in spaces I thought I’ll never be in.

Another win for not just me but my students and culture. PALANTE!!!! 🇵🇷❤️💯

Governor Shapiro’s team page for Hispanic Heritage Month as one of the “Latino Pennsylvanians who have made our commonwealth and culture rich.”

I’m truly blessed to live in a city and state that continue to open doors for me and recognize the work I do. It’s such an honor, and I’m beyond grateful. I really do love it here. 🥹❤️

Another win for the culture. 🇵🇷🙌🏽💯

Recap of my time vending at NFL Films 🎥 🏈

Moments like this remind me why I started Art by SIR in the first place. There’s a little girl in me who is so proud that I get to share my culture, my story, and my art while achieving goals I once only dreamed about. I’m truly grateful for every opportunity and every door God opens for me. Whether it’s big or small, I never take it for granted. 💯

One thing I love about living my purpose out loud, is being in rooms and buildings like NFL films, that I once thought I’d never be in. Especially, because you guys know I love my Birds and showing off my culture through art. 💚

God really has a way of taking you places you’ll never image and connecting you to the right people. Grateful is an understatement. 💚🦅🙏🏽
