CORALLITE NODE | ADDITIVE FABRICATION LAB 253

This piece sits on the upper right of the entire structure and connects five pipes, so I had to get the tolerances perfect. I built the form in Rhino + Grasshopper using MultiPipe and Weaverbird to create the coral-like porosity. After a few test prints, I sliced the final model in Cura at 0.15mm, 20% gyroid infill, and normal supports to keep the inside clean. The print was long, stressful, and almost made me cry during assembly 😭 but it finally fit. Inspired by coral skeletons and made through a lot of trial, error, and patience. 😎💕 taken in Bond University by @artegy.ph

ANTI-PELAGO X CO-LIVING

This project reimagines Focus Apartments, a tower that currently stands as an isolated vertical form. Through site observation, I identified its lack of connection to the street and surrounding urban life. My proposal transforms it into a connected vertical, community driver.

The ground floor becomes a leisure and lifestyle hub with cafés, social spaces, and landscaping that activate the street and invite public interaction. Each residential level introduces a north-facing pocket garden, creating shared spaces for residents to gather, rest, and socialise. At the top, a public rooftop garden offers panoramic views and extends the building’s presence into the wider, the “Red Line” Masterplan.

Overall, the project shifts Focus Apartments from an urban island into a vertical extension of the city’s social and ecological fabric. taken in Bond University by @artegy.ph
