Lord Mayor of Exeter judges the Topsham retail windows during the July Arts Festival. Talks to Nikki Greenleaf, founder of Artenax, and David Morgan, professional artist. David’s painting of Topsham, oil on board, forms part of Artenax’s window display. More inside as part of the exhibition. Runs throughout July. Come and see if you can! #topshamdevon #lovetopsham #topshamartgroup #topshamartfestival #originalartwork taken in Artenax by @artenax
