Put your dreams before Him and live each process, believe that each experience teaches you and makes you evolve (far beyond the fight, perhaps sport will find you to teach you to be better in other areas). Neste Dia do Amigo, celebro duas pessoas que inspiram a minha vida todos os dias. ❤️Minha irmã é, sem dúvida, minha melhor amiga. Uma mulher cheia de talentos, garra e humildade. Daquelas que conquistam sem precisar passar por cima de ninguém, que brilham sem apagar a luz dos outros e que me inspiram a ser melhor todos os dias.E a minha Valentina… ah, minha Valentina. Ela me ensina diariamente sobre força, coragem e resiliência. Me mostra que os desafios não definem quem somos e que a felicidade pode ser encontrada nas coisas mais simples.Cada uma à sua maneira, têm algo muito especial em comum: uma enorme vontade de viver, um coração cheio de bondade e um amor que transborda no olhar.Hoje, celebro a sorte de caminhar ao lado de pessoas tão extraordinárias, que me inspiram não apenas pelo que fazem, mas principalmente por quem são.Feliz Dia do Amigo! For me one of the most beautiful things is being able to produce something good under extreme pressure (ON AND OFF THE MAT). To master your emotions when everything seems lost.
