I see a lot of women under eating in my coaching. We have been “brain trained” to believe that if I eat less, I should lose weight. I can tell you that when I was competing I was eating the most I have ever eaten. The catch is I was consistent, I walked and did strength training and I ate nutritious delicious foods… not McDonalds and high starchy carbs. You can have treats but like anything we always overdo a good thing. Another key is getting your cortisol down by learning to relax and remove ourselves from situations that harm us. The body always keep score (great book). ESPECIALLY as we get older. Slow down and enjoy your life…. 💋💕🌺☮️💪🏼 by @artfit

Had an unusual break in schedule to have a hot, healthy lunch at home with puppers. Sun, cool breeze and yummy goodness…. I already feel my cortisol levels dropping. 😊☮️🙌🌺#enjoylife by @artfit

I am so grateful….sometimes an incident that you think will be dark becomes a wonderful thing!! In the past year, I was set free from a highly toxic work atmosphere and moved into a place with an amazing and inspiring boss who respects my talents and into a generous, supportive community of clients. (Thank you for the 5 star reviews.. love my clients!) I love helping others on their fitness journeys. My glow, my health, my joy, my mojo is coming back. 🥰🙌💪🏼☮️💋 #setfree #onfire🔥 #gratefulheart❤️ by @artfit
