Part 5 of my Hawaii-inspired painting collection 🌿🚁

This painting is inspired by the breathtaking Nā Pali Coast on Kauaʻi.

Without a doubt, the helicopter tour over the island was one of the most incredible experiences of my life. Seeing the dramatic cliffs, hidden valleys, and endless coastline from above felt almost unreal.

Fun fact: Parts of Jurassic Park were filmed here.. and once you see it with your own eyes, you understand why.

Painting this landscape was definitely the biggest challenge of the collection so far. Capturing all those textures, colors, and the scale of the cliffs wasn’t easy.

But it was absolutely worth it.

Turning unforgettable memories into paintings, one piece at a time. 🌺🎨

Part 4 of my Hawaii-inspired painting collection 🥥🌿

This coconut has a story that comes with a unexpected ending.

We were driving our 4x4 Jeep through the jungle, hoping to reach a hidden beach. At the end of the road, we spotted three people trying to get coconuts down from the palm trees in the pouring rain.

As soon as we stopped, one of them walked straight toward us. We looked at each other thinking, “Well… I guess we’re not supposed to be here.”

We were right. He politely asked us to turn around. He seemed angry.

But just before we drove away, he smiled and handed us a freshly picked coconut. 🥥

Day 3 of my Hawaii-inspired painting collection 🌺🚙

This time, I painted the Jeep Wrangler we drove around the island.

It felt like the perfect Hawaii car.. surfboards on top, sunshine, ocean views, and endless roads to explore. Somehow, it became part of the whole experience and made every adventure feel even more special.

Turning little travel memories into paintings, one piece at a time. 🎨✨

Part 2 of my Hawaii-inspired painting collection 🌴🎨

This painting was inspired by my Birkenstocks—the shoes I wear almost every day throughout summer.

They’ve been with me on countless hikes, beach days, rainy days and adventures, including my recent trip to Hawaii. Somehow, they became part of the memories, so I thought they deserved their own painting.

One more piece added to the collection ✨🩴

A few weeks ago, I traveled to Hawaii and filled my sketchbook with ideas inspired by the incredible nature and wildlife around me. 🌺🌴

Now that I’m back home, I’ve challenged myself to turn those sketches into a collection of acrylic paintings.

This project is not only about creating art, but also about improving my skills, staying consistent, and learning along the way. I’ll be sharing the entire process.. from inspiration and sketches to finished paintings.

I’m excited to see where this journey takes me, and I’d love for you to follow along. ✨

🌺☕️🐇👩🏼 I bought this new sketchbook to practice on. Specifically for travelling.. seeing the simplest things and trying to bring this on paper instead of just taking a photo makes it a little more exciting. Wish me luck in actually sticking to this plan in my next holiday. ✏️
