R. I. P. to the Prince of Darkness Ozzy Osbourne. 🖤💜🖤 🦇
.
Since the day of his death on July 22nd of this year, I have been working away at creating this memorial of Ozzy. These past few years of my life, I have become a huge fan of Ozzy’s, listening to his music while I work, walk, eat, breathe, etc. and I knew I wanted to do something special to commemorate him. Since the final show of Black Sabbath, I was drawing him sitting in his chair in this exact pose, but once hearing of his death, I knew that was no longer good enough. I spent countless dedicated hours of sleepless nights turning that drawing into this sculpture! I tried my best to make it as spectacular as possible, as in true Ozzy fashion!

Here is the process of making Ozzy!!
.
Starting with an armature made of wire and cardboard, I constructed the chair, then moved on to using sculpey light to not make it as heavy as possible, then moved on to adorning it in all of it’s accessories, then his armature, covering him in clay, then pretty much airbrushing it all to completion before going back with a brush for all of the finer details such as his jewelry and eyes.
.
This project was also my first time ever using UV resin to give his glasses the iconic purple tint while still giving them the opacity of his glasses.
.
ROCK AND ROLL 🖤💜🖤🦇

Here is a piece I did a while back as a promotional poster for my work. I never ended up doing anything with it, but here it is now.

Here is the first hand prosthetic I’ve made to be featured in a film! I sculpted, molded, casted, and painted it all by hand. The inside is hollow, as to be worn as a glove by the main actress. It is 100% silicone (@smoothon Ecoflex), and painted with @skinillustratorofficial FX Palette.

This past semester I studied abroad in Italy 🇮🇹 I took a sculpture course that mainly focused on the anatomy of the human face. Here is the sculpture I worked on throughout most of my time in the class!
.
We spent weeks learning the process of sculpting, molding, and casting with methods implemented by traditional Italian techniques
.
This piece currently resides at my grandmother’s house, given as a gift from my time in Italy ♥️
