Hi, I’m Faith! 👋

It’s a long-overdue introduction post!

When I first started this account in 2019, I was doing a lot of digital and traditional hand lettering. Fast forward to 2025, when I decided that I really wanted to make my cousin something special for his baby girl, I got hooked (ha, pun intended) on crocheting!

It’s been so much fun to slowly bring this account back to life. If you’re into variety humans with a variety of hobbies and interests, hang around! I can promise dogs, reading updates, and general nerdy tom foolery!

I’ve thought about this a few times since I read, wrote and recorded this video. Looking back 3 stars feels generous.

BUT! I promise that I enjoyed the second one I read MUCH MORE. So I’m a bit of a negative Nancy about this one but I promise I have much nicer things to say about Yours Truly!!!

That’s a wrap on my Isolda Top test knit! And just in time to wear for my birthday! 🥳

This is such a fun top and the stripes are sooo cute! This was my very first test knit and I had such a good time!! I saw the pattern when I was scrolling and wanted to make it so bad that I decided to be brave and apply to test it for round 2!

Go give @svartsvanur some love and check the pattern out if you’re looking for a fun summer knit 💕 Thanks for letting me test your pattern!

May the 4th be with you! 💫

Here’s a photo dump of my progress so far on the “Clone Blanket” on my bingo! I love the rainbow Stardew Valley blankets SO much and I thought it be so cool to make a Star Wars version. So when I thought about what I would pick for the blanket there was really only one answer: Clone Helmets. ALSO LOOK HOW PERFECT THIS TOTE FROM @afanof____ IS?! I knew when I saw it that it would be the perfect project bag for this!

Commander Thorn does need a little redo, but here’s all the Corries! Enjoy your Star Wars day! I’ll be here mind blown over the Maul Shadow Lord finale and listening to lofi while I work today! Are you celebrating?? Let me know what you’ve got going on! ♥️

☔️ April Squares are done!

Finally finished Vol 3 of the Apothecary Diaries, tried out some Abby Jimenez, and finished up April’s read in the Wookies & Bookies club at the last second! (again 😬)

Also took a little break after making my slipover to build some legos and watch Maul Shadow Lord like 3 times.

Happy May! It’s my second favorite month, and I’ll warn you now I’m about to be so annoying about Star Wars. It’s also my birthday month though so you’ll just have to deal with it! 💕

I think I get one big swear to still be PG-13 right?

Oh well. HEY MORE STAR WARS! It was really down to the wire if I would finish Shatterpoint before March was over for book club or not. Now here we are, it’s the last day of April and I just finished Darth Maul: Shadow Hunter for book club at the very last minute too 😅

Hope everyone had a good April! I’m slowly catching up on squares and editing videos so who knows maybe you’ll get some May squares in May next month 🤦🏻‍♀️

I was really on a roll with the title puns in the captions for this series. I gotta be so for real: I am not making a pun out of my name. 🤣

Forgive me for my allergy voice I recorded this last week and my house was going through it. I’ll hold myself back from a rant about pollen and bradford pear trees (🤮 I hate you bradford pear trees)

Can’t wait for more from this series and in the meantime I’ll be so ready for Daggerbound when it comes out!!

I’ve been waiting to do a little grid update on my Bingo board until the two baby blankets I made arrived at their new homes 💕

1. Socks: Finished my first pair of socks in February! I’m working on my second pair right now and have plans to cast on my next pair at the end of this month with mom! 😂

2. Technically, I started the Wavy Baby in December. I really wanted to use something that I started and finished in 2026 to mark off my bingo tiles though, so it was so convenient that I finished the Coastal Haven Blanket at the end of February! They both ended up too cute and now they’ve been gifted and I can share them!

3. Novice Slipover: Can I get some commotion for my first knit garment please? I’m so proud of it! It turned out really well, I love the color, and I’m really fired up to start my next garment!

On Monday I got some fillings done and my dentist talked to me about Dungeon Crawler Carl for like the majority of my appointment and it was awesome. I couldn’t really respond but I made lots of affirmative noises and some pretty solid thumbs ups

And now I’m thinking Alexander and I gotta find a reason to go on a drive and listen to book two some more 😂

Have you read Dunegon Crawler Carl? What book are you on cause I heard it’s gonna make me cry (what’s new) and I’d like a heads up if that accurate or not! 😂#bookcovergrannysquares #grannysquare #bookstagram #dungeoncrawlercarl #crochet by @artfuhlee

March was… March Happened I guess?? 🤷🏻‍♀️

I hope you can find the strength (lol) to stick around until the end for the square reveal. Don’t forget to touch some grass and drink your water! Also take some stretch breaks, trust me.
