I wanted to take a minute to reintroduce myself, and I thought this meet the artist trend was so cute!

I’m Morgan 👋 and I make a lot of things.

•I recently struggled with burnout but am happy to report that I’ve been able to start creating consistently again!

•I’m a big book girly, and I generally read 2 books at once—one on my kindle and one via audiobook. I’ve been stuck on Anna Karenina for almost 2 months though, but I’ve already put in like 12 hours so I can’t give up now! Send help 🙃

•I change my mind about a lot of things, but Heath Ledger in 10 Things I Hate About You is never one of them.

•My dogs, Hooper and Clooney, run my life. If you have questions about my availability, we better run it by them first.

Hi everyone!!

Guess what? I’m making a career change! If you follow my @artfullymorgan page, you’ll know I love to make art of all different kinds. I’ve been doing my own nails for a little under a year now & I decided that becoming a nail tech would be such a wonderful way to continue doing the art I love (on smaller canvases) and also get closer to all of you!

I’m currently a student at Paul Mitchell in Reno & I hope you all will consider coming to have a discounted nail service done while I’m in school! Thank you so much to all of you who have found me on my new nail page with no context, I so appreciate your support!

I just can’t get enough of these hand-engraved wine sets 🥰

Good news, I got myself a new engraving tool and I am glad to have these two new pieces ready to go for my craft event this weekend. I also have a ton of bottles to get done before Christmas 🎄🎅🏼

I managed to get a few new purses painted before our cute Christmas market this weekend! I have a few others in stock still, but you all seem to love the Wrangler sling bags 💼 also I’m trying out one that’s just a little bigger—what do you think of the new size??

Over the last month or two, I was lucky enough to paint two custom faux leather journal covers 🥰 I wish I could have taken a picture of all of them together, but shipping logistics just don’t work that way I guess! I’m so obsessed with journaling right now, and love the idea of my friends having a pretty little cover to keep their thoughts in 💕 let me know if you too need a custom cover to hold your precious thoughts, I’m dying to paint some more.

Here’s a little slideshow of some of the things I’ve made over the last few months 🥰
I especially loved painting that violin 🎻 what a fun one!

I have a ton of items on hand to make fun gifts right now—I have some Wrangler, Portland Leather, and Kate Spade purses that I can paint on. I also have a few Hydroflasks that I could engrave custom designs on! I’ll post some of the available items to my story. I went to Italy with @krisandmads Sisterhood Bookclub and I just had to make all the girls something cute! These bookmarks were a labor of love but I love how they turned out 💕

I haven’t posted in a long time, and I thought I’d give you a little life & art update:

A. First, I cut off my hair in December and never posted about it 🫠

B. Most excitingly, last week I went way out of my comfort zone and traveled to the Italian Riviera with a group of strangers who like to read (it fucking ruled and I made a bunch of new friends)

C. I’ve been continuing to make art here and there, and will probably put out some commission opportunities for Mother’s Day soon 💕 I also made some fun things for the girls on this trip, including hand-painted bookmarks & a cute little notecard

D. I also have been doing a lot of super unhinged book journaling for the last few months that I’ve really really enjoyed. If you care about books or want to watch me make increasingly more intricate journal spreads, you can follow along with me on my page @artfuldaybook (IG and TT)

Okay!! I am so excited to announce that I will be having a sale this weekend! I ✨never✨ do sales, so if you’ve had your eye on something special, this is the time to grab it!

I did a poll this weekend asking when everyone would prefer a sale and I had most people looking for Small Business Saturday, but there were also a bunch of folks looking for Cyber Monday, and I thought well, why does it have to be just one day?? So I’ve settled on doing the whole sale weekend! Here is what you need to know ⤵️

The sale will start at midnight on Black Friday (11/29). It will end at midnight on Cyber Monday (12/2). The 20% GIVETHANKS voucher will be automatically applied to your cart on any orders placed between 11/29 and 12/2.

The sale will be a flat 20% on all the pre-made items on my site! This only excludes custom orders. This means you can get art prints, greeting cards, and stickers of course, BUT (and here’s the exciting part), you can also get hand-painted purses, hand-engraved tumblers, and hand-painted signs, lazy Susan’s and coffee table trays!! (?!?)

I will also be having a pop-up in Virginia City this weekend at @kitchen.sinkbakery and I don’t want to discourage anyone from coming out to shop in person. If you’d rather come check out my wares in person, please mention my Thanksgiving sale and I would be happy to honor the 20% off for you in person.

Additionally, if you’d rather do a local pickup in Reno instead of shipping (which I always appreciate), you will still be able to add the discount code RENOLOCAL to remove the shipping cost on any size order.
