Save the date, my friends! You are invited to Art Habit's first annual BLACK FRIDAY MAKE-A-THON. Instead of buying your gifts on Black Friday, come to Art Habit and make them! In the process, you'll also... Learn new techniques! Discover new artists and makers! Have fun in community with likeminded people! Maybe win a door prize! Probably pick up a treat or two for yourself, but who's telling? Kids are welcome. Each craft costs 1 ticket. Tickets are $15, but each ticket purchase gets your name entered into a door prize raffle. One prize gets pulled each hour - stay all day and win them all! There will be popcorn, hot drinks, and maybe a festive beverage on hand. No need to reserve a spot - tickets go on sale soon! #grandcoteau #louisianaartist #christmasgifts #blackfriday #handmadegifts taken in Art Habit by @arthabitstudio

Art Habit has new hours! Things have been picking up, and I've been having trouble keeping up with all the inventory, bookkeeping, etc..., while the shop is open. I love my weekend customers, but I'm going to need to adjust my Sunday schedule so I can find time to manage the shop, make art, and do my laundry! I'll be closed most Sundays from now on, though you may find from time to time some of the members have opened up the shop and are running it without me. Also, if you have a workshop or club meeting scheduled on a Sunday, we'll be open for sure! Thanks for understanding, friends! See you soon! taken in Art Habit by @arthabitstudio
