In February of 2024, my therapist told me that “Artha, I think you are in the clear, I don’t think you have depression anymore”.

And tho I found it hard to believe in the beginning, I try to slowly accept this new perspective and really enjoy this crazy ride called life, filled with it’s suprises and gifts.

From new projects, birthdays, camping weddings, runnings, meeting celebrities, and of course shitload of concerts 🎶

This is a quick snapshot of my life in 2024, filled with my family, friends (new and old).
I try to put as much memories in this video, but I’m sure this 90 second video will never be enough to show all the moments that we cherish together.

Happy new years everyone, life might be hard but life is also beautiful because of all of you!

For everyone this year who has came, left, or stayed; supported my endeavors, or became a life lesson, but most importantly for the ones who love me unconditionally,

Thank you, I love you all so dearly 🫶 by @arthawesome

Last year I hiked Rohr mountain and it was my favorite hike in BC, this year I decided to do a solo hike for my dad’s memories and boy was it a treat, I got this joy that is similar to a runner’s high but 10x more! And of course made some friends with some lovely people on the trail! I hope you liked the view dad! taken in Vancouver, British Columbia by @arthawesome

From campsites to concert halls, mountains to oceans, lucha stadium to wedding venues, none of it will matter if you don’t spend it with the people you love. This year has been a lot of ups and downs but definitley an amazing one! I can’t tag everyone but if you see yourself in this 3 minute recap video of my year, then congrats, it means I really like you and you are now part of a core memory in my life! #newyears #newyearsrecap #2023rewind by @arthawesome
