I cant share fully just how much art as helped me in my life. There,s a huge journey and many layers of happenings. Have you heard about ADHD? I dont want to say to much as lm not liking the labels era, many people today seem to be really into labels and lm not sharing about ADHD people here more like the media and groups of people jumping on the band waggon of labels. I actually prefer for us all to seen as equal and valid, with a world where we didnt need or use labels, although recently found out that l have many ADHD traits. In onevway it helps understand myself and others. Mostly of peoples understandings of how l come across to them. So in many ways can help. Anyways art is my friend. Wantbto share if you too have ADHD, art is a good friend to have with you on your lifes journey. Here,s a piece of art that became my friend. #adhdart by @arthighway

Whats even more delightful is the inverted colour codes are looking interesting also. My fur babies helped develop another variation. by @arthighway

So my cute grown fur babies jumped on the window sill and put their muddy paws on some art work, so decided to rip out the clean parts and make a collage and with my phone app vamped it up a little. Turned out more interesting so art saved. #angelart by @arthighway
