We are so excited to invite you to our 3rd Annual Benefit on Saturday, November 21st, 2026, at St. Joseph’s Church in Greenwich Village.

The evening will begin with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass at 5:30pm, followed by drinks, dinner, performances, a silent auction, and the presentation of our St. Cecilia Award.

Tickets are now available at the link in our bio. Reserve your seat today!

Faithful artists are vital for the renewal and restoration of culture. Arthouse2B’s 3rd Annual Benefit celebrates the good fruits of renewal and restoration from our community as they respond to their artistic vocations in New York City. This year’s St. Cecilia Award, honoring Fr. Malachy Napier, CFR, recognizes Arthouse2B’s immense gratitude for how the Franciscan charism inspires our community to live our vocations incarnate: engaging with the world, sent into the world, but being not of this world. Join us to celebrate and commit to rebuilding culture through the heart of the artist.

Kindly RSVP by November 6th, 2026.

Questions? Email our team at benefit@arthouse2b.org.

We sincerely hope you will join us for this evening of gratitude and joyful celebration.

Introducing our wonderful vendors for our Third Annual Benefit on November 21st!

MCM Coffee
MCM will be creating commissioned bud vases for our flowers along the theme of the Benefit, which will be auctioned off in the silent auction at the close of the night.

From Executive Director Erin Scarfone: “When I shared an art studio down on Fulton St, I would always stop in to MCM on the way in before getting to work. This place quickly became an essential staple to entering the creative process - - the homegrown vibe, the killer coffee, kind staff, and beautiful ceramics lining the walls all lifted me up and took me out of downtown Manhattan for a moment. Camila and Octavio have created a uniquely authentic blend of artistry and hospitality that feels akin to the Arthouse2B spirit. It is a gift to partner with these local craftsmen and to highlight their work for this year’s Benefit!”

Annie Pietrzak
Annie will be offering a delicious selection of her renowned custom baked goods for the Benefit!

“While teaching theology at Spellman, a high school student once took a bite of my snickerdoodle cookies, paused, and said, “Wow . . . Maybe God does exist!” Who knew that delicious food could be a transcendental!”

Monte's Trattoria
We are so proud to be partnering with this old-school West Village institution in hospitality for our Benefit for the third consecutive year. They will be offering dinner and drinks for the occasion. The special menu, curated by Chef Pietro Mosconi, will include both meat and vegetarian options.

We hope you will join us for this beautiful and delicious evening. Tickets are available at the link in our bio. taken in Church of St. Joseph in Greenwich Village by @arthouse2b

Get to know our 2026 St. Cecilia Award recipient, Fr. Malachy Napier, CFR.

Fr. Malachy Joseph Napier, CFR, was born in Augusta, Georgia, and is the second of eight children. He entered the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal in 2008, professed solemn vows in 2014, and was ordained to the priesthood in 2020.

He has been involved with Arthouse2B since its beginning. As a founding chaplain, he helped establish and lead Arthouse2B’s first Mass for Artists in the fall of 2020. After two years of serving in Matagalpa, Nicaragua, he returned to New York City in 2022. He is based at St. Joseph’s Friary in Harlem, and serves as one of more than fifty National Eucharistic preachers appointed by the U.S. Bishops for the National Eucharistic Revival.

“Jesus Christ, the Beautiful One, continually draws human hearts to divine life through beauty. I’ve been blessed to witness how Arthouse2B shares in this mission, drawing many artists into a renewed encounter with Christ and His Church and giving them a home where their faith and vocation as artists are both stirred into flame. If ‘beauty will save the world,’ then this is the place where these beauty-makers' own hearts are being healed and restored through the love of God. What a gift to witness this spiritual and artistic renewal!”

He helped bring this revival to artists through Arthouse2B by shepherding the first Arthouse2B Retreat for Artists in 2023, Behold the Beautiful One, which has since become an annual source of renewal for artists in the city and beyond. Himself a musician and writer, Fr. Malachy has shared his heart and his artistic gifts with the Arthouse2B community and continues to serve as a spiritual father to the ministry.

We are honored to confer this year’s St. Cecilia Award to Fr. Malachy in gratitude for his extraordinary support of Arthouse2B and the artists we serve.

Outside Under St. Mark’s after closing night of GHOSTCREATOR 💀 photos by Sean McCullough. Thank you to everyone who came to our run during FRIGID’s ShakesPUNK Festival.

"The images were so stunning and the moments of escalation followed by silence and the beautiful moments of unison made my heart leap. I really felt like my creative cup was filled when I left the theatre." - Del (audience member)

We are very grateful. Stay tuned for what’s to come! 🫡

“The sun’s setting is an end.
But not of you.
But not of me.
This nothing’s more than matter.
Be.”

We are so excited to announce that Carmen Ezcurra recently joined the Arthouse2B team as Associate Director!

Originally from Argentina and now based in New York City, Carmen Ezcurra is a theatre artist, singer, teacher and producer. In her work, she is passionate about exploring the power of presence and genuine connection, while communicating reverence for the dignity and beauty of the human person. Carmen believes that art is the heart's cry for Christ, and it is only through deep communion with Him that our hearts are restored and have the power to renew the culture.

She holds a B.A. in Performing Arts from UADE University and trained at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting in New York. Carmen also currently teaches Tisch students at the Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute, and directs the Rhapsodic Theater Ensemble with the Catholic Center at NYU.

We asked Carmen why she was excited to join Arthouse2B:
"As an artist who has been deeply impacted by Arthouse2B’ s mission and has experienced the graces of this ministry firsthand, I am very grateful that the Lord calls me now to serve the artists around me in the same way. I am very excited to join the team on this adventure and to see what the Lord has in store for this beautiful and much-needed apostolate! Know of my prayers for you, please pray for me."

Welcome, Carmen!

On August 9th we celebrated the 6th anniversary of Arthouse2B!!! Take a look back at our first ever Mass for Artists event back in 2020. We are so grateful for all the artists and audiences that have walked through our doors since that day. The Sheen Center made a beautiful video about that event that beautifully illustrates the core of our organization: nourishing, encouraging, and connecting artists.
