my first tiny exhibition 🫶
je suis trop content la vérité j’ai commencé j’avais un peu 0 idée de ce que je faisais, and even now je me laisse bcp porter, mais je me suis tlmt pris au jeu, je me suis tellement amusé, ça m’apporte tellement dans la vie de prendre des photos
jsp trop expliquer ce que je fais encore c’est très intuitif mais i feel like it means a lot, il y a vrmt une façon de photographier qui s’est imposée à moi dès le départ, et qui évolue avec moi, et mm si ma démarche ne part pas du tout d’un processus de pensée préalable, j’ai l’impression que c’est une des choses les plus signifiantes que je fais dans ma vie
j’ai vrmt la sensation de projeter énormément de choses sur mes prises de vue et j’aime l’idée de partager ça, et encore plus l’idée que ça peut évoquer des sentiments, des réflexions, des constats similaires chez d’autres personnes.
il y a qqch de tellement intime dans ce que je fais en photo, c’est la vérité comme je la perçois, les moments, les lieux, les sensations, les traces, les gestes qui caractérisent ce que je vis, and in a way or another j’espère que d’autres gens pourront connecter avec mes images <3

I wanted to go back on these shots I did at la louvière, in my grandmother’s apartment. I often think of this place, in a rather joyful way. I don’t think I’m locked in a nostalgia for a place where I’ll probably never return, I’m rather happy to have been able to know this building, that it’s part of my history, that of my family, that of my origins. I’m happy to have been able to immortalise this place, to have been able to say goodbye to it, and to have been able to create a visual universe around it, between the creation of an archive of what this place was, and the creation of enigmatic images that awaken the imagination and the desire to invent narrations 💗 tysm taken in La Louvière by @arthurc0re__
