L’un des meilleurs studio photo du Lot ! 📸 Grâce à la bonne visi, aux éclairages @bigblueeurope 🔦, à savoir 2 VL18000PBRC,une VL18000Prominitc et une VTL8000pmax à la main, nous sommes parvenus à faire quelques images sympas 😉 C’est très pratique de passer d’une configuration où les éclairages sont sur le caisson, à une configuration où les éclairages sont disposés dans la galerie 😁Merci aux partenaires de continuer à me suivre dans ces aventures 😉 📸 prise par Loïc Perrouelle avec un iPhone 12 dans son @divevolk 📲

Built in 1912 by Dundee SB Ltd, the Sagona was 54 m long, 8.5 m wide and 808 tons.
.
On 3 December 1945, the Sagona hit a floating mine and sank in a matter of minutes, its bow literally torn off. The shipwreck left 2 dead and 1 sailor missing.
.
The name Le Grec comes from the fact that the wreck had been forgotten for some time, and it was no longer known what the name of the vessel was. When the Navy sent divers to look at it, they discovered documents written in Greek, and renamed the Sagona accordingly. The name has stuck ever since. Today, the Grec is better known than the Sagona, just as the Donator is better known than the Prosper Schiaffino.

History never sinks. ✨

Every wreck has its story, it keeps his history alive. That’s what I love about wreck diving. Not only the fact that you are able to dive these sunken structures but to go back in time. To imagine how it was to be on the boat.

Pure magic 🐬

The Red Sea is home to several dolphin species, including spinner dolphins and Indo-Pacific bottlenose dolphins. Seeing them in the wild is already incredible… but watching two young dolphins swimming alongside their mother was something truly special.

Sanne and I were so happy and honestly, a little emotional, to swim alongside them. Trying to film them with the camera was a real workout, though! 😂🐬🎥

A giant underwater ⚓

On April 11, 1991, the MT Haven, a 334-meter VLCC tanker carrying around 144,000 tonnes of crude oil, suffered a series of explosions while anchored off Genoa. The fire burned for days before the remaining section of the ship sank near Arenzano on April 14.

Today, seeing the Haven underwater is hard to comprehend. Its proportions are absolutely enormous, standing next to this wreck makes you realize just how massive this ship really was 🌊

From a burning supertanker to a giant resting on the seabed. A spectacular and haunting piece of maritime history.

Lost in history ⚓

The SS Dunraven was a British steamship that sank in 1876 after striking Beacon Rock Reef on its way back from India. Its cargo of wool and cotton caught fire before the ship went down. The wreck was rediscovered in 1979 and now lies upside down on the reef, home to an incredible amount of marine life.

I was really happy to have the chance to film Sanne in this beautiful place and capture a little piece of its underwater history 🎥🌊

Meet the new SeaTouch 6 Pro 📲

Sanne is unboxing the new SeaTouch 6 Pro and its new Dome Lens by @divevolk. Everything is incredibly easy to set up, including the red filter.

The grip feels much better than previous models, especially for people like me who often use it with just one hand. The membrane is also much more sensitive and comfortable to use.

I’m really happy to be able to test it and use it on a daily basis! 😃
