Festival Workshop! Natalí is coming to teach an introductory AERIAL HOOP - LOW FLOW workshop!

AERIAL HOOP WORKSHOP with @petitesou

This workshop will explore low flow shapes for beginners new to the art of aerial hoop/ lyra. It is designed for people who have had previous exposure to at least 3 months of aerial or bodyweight movement arts. LEVEL: beginners with at least 3 months of previous pole/aerial/calisthenics/climbing etc. experience - minimal strenght required.

About Natalí:
Trained in Art History in London, Natalí has developed a path deeply influenced by cultural stimulation and dialogue between artistic disciplines. She has been working for many years with Scuola Circo Iride @scuolacirco_iride in Ticino where she works as Vice-Director, Creative Director, and teacher. Her artistic research explores the interplay between artistic disciplines and the relationship between body, stage, and language, with particular attention to femininity and the expectations surrounding it, navigating strength, fragility, and the construction of imagery. by @artifly_pole

About Aurélie:

For Aurélie, pole goes beyond movement. It's a way of meeting the body with presence and intention, a space where movement reflects life itself. Pole is not a destination, but a lifelong jounrey of exploration, connection, and becoming.

After briefly encountering ballet and gymnastics at a young age, Aurélie did not fully feel a sense of belonging. Finding pole dance later in life, in 2020, opened a new way of relating to movement. Reconnecting with movement through pole felt like a full-circle moment.

Aurélie has been teaching since 2022. She is XPERT-certified and the founder of Pole Flow Bienne @poleflowbienne, where she offers classes and workshops grounded in inclusivity, embodiment, and community care.
