A soft pastel landscape I made today, inspired by an autumn sky 🎨 I have been fascinated by the soft skies of last weeks, I am practicing to capture the color gradients! #softpastelart #artprogress #artcreator by @artimimzi

Some thoughts and an soft pastel process 🎨💭 In this fast-paced world it is easy to be overwhelmed by all the options and possibilities, so much to do and so much you can be! For me this sometimes leads to comparison: it takes away the simple pleasure and gratitude of being and makes me focus on all I can improve. It’s an ongoing process, but just sitting down to create helps! Pastels: @rembrandtartistpaint @sennelier1887 Paper: Hahnemühle Ingres pastel paper by @artimimzi

A slightly different approach to a soft pastel landscape this time 🎨 I made it a bit more abstract, but I think the landscape still has the power to capture the feeling nature can have on us when we are surrounded by a bold sky! A dreamy soft pastel piece 🎨 Creating reflections of the sky on the water is challenging and will take more practice, but I enjoyed creating this landscape!! I will share the process behind it soon, stay tuned if you are interested in that! Pastels: @rembrandtartistpaint, @sennelier1887 Paper: @hahnemuehle_global Ingres pastel paper by @artimimzi

A Sunday reflection 💭 With days becoming darker and autumn having started, life turns more inside and I am in search of quiet moments with tea and a candlelight, quiet moments to create and experiment 🎨🕯️🍁 by @artimimzi

A new soft pastel landscape: a dark thunderstorm over an autumnal field 🎨 Lately, I am intrigued by the texture of clouds and how to depict them, so I am practicing it on and off. The contrasts in this landscape made me think of the change of seasons and the time to reflect coming with autumn.
