L’ENFER.
Photographer: @nicholsonmedia_

This project was my revenge/redemption. Last year I had done a French piece, papaoutai by Stromae and unfortunately it hadn’t gotten in the competition and I had thought it was the end of my choreographing times. So I decided to take a massive risk the next year using the same artist just a different song, keeping it French.
This year this piece was BROUGHT to life by Khwezi! He breathed this dance and everytime it was performed I had chills and I’m just so proud. I don’t know anyone else who could’ve danced this piece as well as him. Without him I don’t think the piece would’ve won best solo !!
Merci, je suis tellement reconnaissant de pouvoir présenter ma chorégraphie dans ma langue! X by @artistaricia_

WHEN I WAS OLDER.
Photographer: @nicholsonmedia_

This project really made me get out of my comfort zone, i was extremely challenged and had multiple times of giving up. I’m super grateful to have such an amazing dancer, Monica was super patient with me and in the end we did it!!!!! I’m so proud that in my final year at the WTS I was able to show such a beautiful and emotional piece.
Thank you x
