I know I'm late LOL, but I had to really hunt down some of these photos. Swipe to see my FFX journey!

This is the game that started it all for me! In 2006, my friends wanted me to join their cosplay group and help since I was the only one who knew how to sew at the time. One of them lent me the game so I could understand my character, Lulu, and start sketching references. Google Images was still newish then, and there was no such thing as pre-made cosplays. I fell in love with the creativity of cosplay and finding a sense of community with friends!

In 2013 I made my first Yuna cosplay that took three suns and three moons to make with friends (we did not sleep lmaoo) Cos-crunching that, her staff, and helping cast the Brotherhood sword from resin was such a core memory! In 2019 I collab'd with @xioriainon to help make Lulu for her. I also made Yuna's Nirvana staff which I'm really proud of! That summer I was able to meet Yuna's English VA, Hedy Burress, as well as @gwendolineyeo (Paine) and Gregg Berger (Jecht) My conversations with them during and after their events are something I will always carry with me 💕

This year I remade almost every part of my Summoner Yuna. I even mixed dye for the skirt to get the EXACT hue I wanted (that dark blue with just a bit of purple rahhh!) and trying new techniques for painting and making the obi. Despite my planning, I would have never finished it without the help and patience of my friends. You know who you are lol. I can't thank each of you enough!

I love this game so much! From its stunning music that carries the emotions of the game, to the world building, and being able to walk with each character as they have their own struggles and growth - there's just so much to take from it all! The tale is often wiser than the teller, and FFX has many tales to tell! Anyway, I've yapped enough on this post and I know I'll keep yapping as I stream my playthrough LOL Spira is my Roman Empire. Thanks if you've read this far! Faces of my fellow anime-club members blocked on last slide to respect their privacy ✨

If Nomura won't give us Strelitzia AND Skuld in the trailer, I'll do it myself! ...With the help of @xioriainon haha.

I'm so excited to see more of the characters from khux and Dark Road be in the main story line! What's your favorite KH4 theory? I know it probably won't happen, but I feel like this would be a great chance to bring back the Drop feature.

Happy Summer everyone!

Still crossing my fingers in excitement for when Vol.10 comes out! ...Eventually lol. In the meantime I plan on finishing the RWBY mangas, the light novel, and maybe giving it another rewatch.
