Welcome to Runevania ✨

After nearly three years of development, lore building, and many hurdles, the Artists Guild and I are happy to reveal ‘Runevania Trading Card Game’ and share that its first sets will be available beginning February 21, 2026 at 11 AM EST!

Runevania Trading Card Game (or Runevania TCG for short) is a trading card based on the world of Runevania. Featuring strategic depth, unique mechanics, and (most importantly) fun gameplay, you and your friends are invited to delve into the world of Runevania!

Now you might be thinking: ‘What is Runevania?’ Runevania is the world where many of my designs come from! If you have a tattoo or a ware featuring a design from one my original collections, that design has lore and is considered a canonical part of Runevania and will now also feature as a card in Runevania TCG!

To launch Runevania TCG, two ready-to-play sets will be available at release and will ship worldwide. The Kindled Legion is tailored for players that enjoy aggression and consistent damage, while The Mistress’s Court is suited for players that enjoy mischief and longevity in a game.

As Runevania TCG is an ongoing project, more ready-to-play sets will be released in the future offering even more ways to play. To complement the sets, designs from my original collections will also be available as boosters in the future! Within these boosters, you can find rarer cards and even foil versions of your favourite card!

While the ready-to-play sets allow you to enter the world of Runevania, the real magic begins when you start combining sets and boosters to create your own deck to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat! …Or snatch defeat from the jaws of victory if you’re that type of player…

A massive thank you to those who were invested during the development of Runevania TCG and to those who support the Artists Guild and I. We hope Runevania TCG finds a home on your tabletop and provides you and your friends with good memories for years to come! ✨

Introducing… Hannah!

Hannah (@glass_skin_studio) is a wonderful creator who has joined us as a guildmember!

Drawing from her Appalachian roots, Celtic and Nordic folk practices, and a strong desire to honour the dead, Hannah creates art from foraged and natural materials.

From decomposition, degreasing, and sun bleaching, to coating, painting, and bejeweling with crystals, certain pieces can take months to complete.

For pieces with wooden mounts, Hannah sources the wood from vintage mirrors, trays, and plates acquired from estate sales and flea markets, giving them a new lease on life.

It’s all done by hand, and it takes a lot of time. Hannah says it’s a labour of love, but it’s worth it to honour the dead this way.

The Pittsburgh guildhall houses a selection of Hannah’s wares. To view her and other guildmember’s wares in person, please inquire with us to schedule a visit.

Please send all other inquiries relating to Hannah directly to her.

Congratulations Wren!

Wren (@birdiegloomink & @birdiegloom) has completed her apprenticeship and has become a full member of the Artists Guild!

Wren’s story with us is an interesting one. We had no interest in getting an apprentice when we founded the Artists Guild in Brisbane. Training someone takes time, but training someone properly takes a lot of time, especially if they are completely new to a craft.

We held interviews for artists to join our studio, and among those interviewed were many aspiring artists. We held firm that we didn’t want an apprentice, but we still interviewed aspiring artists to provide advice on navigating the industry and making the right first steps in their desired career.

One of those aspiring artists was Wren. She came in with book in hand, but it might as well have been a grimoire because the art in that book enchanted us. We had to have her.

We provided an apprenticeship capped at 9 months. She could come in as much or as little as she’d like, but she had to prove she was able to fulfil the conditions of her apprenticeship before the 9 months were up. If she did it, she had a spot. If not, she’ll have to go elsewhere.

Wren completed it all in just 3 months.

It’s been an honour to have Wren work alongside us and to see her grow her career in our studio. We can’t wait to see what wonderful art Wren creates in the years to come 💛
