mr.stark i don't feel so good (started working on an interactive point cloud yesterday, fixed the depth displacement in this one and a better threshold mask. Made on @touchdesigner with mediapipe, depth displacement by splitting RGB channels, pixel geometry and a point scatter filter) . #touchdesigner #interactiveart #mediapipe #pointcloud #genmedia by @artlelay

Day 31 : Award (warning - long sappy caption) . For this prompt i wanted to draw the first thing i ever won, which to no one’s surprise was a colouring contest at age 3. (The actual art is of a drawing contest won at age 5) Anyway, my point being, I’m one of those lucky people who knew exactly what they wanted to do in life pretty much straight out the womb. And after getting a degree and building a career in this i sometimes feel a lot of pressure to make “great” work, and to keep getting better. But this month has been the most fun I’ve had while making art in a long time. It’s reminded me of why I love art sm - I love making whatever I want and sharing it with people. This isn’t just a skill I picked up or profession I chose, it’s who I am. Birds sing, bees collect pollen, Nandu makes art. (Fr tho you gave me a crayon and piece of paper I’d stay entertained for hours) And improving your skillset is important obviously, but not because you’ll suddenly be able paint something like the sistine chapel (literally Michelangelo also didn’t wanna paint the sistine chapel) – it’s gonna be EASIER to make whatever you want. And das the whole point girlies, make whatever you want as long as you keep making stuff. thanks for reading this whole thing and keeping up with my inktober !!!
