It felt surreal to see myself on a Billboard on Times Square. ♥️

All I've been trying to do is follow my heart and just go where it led me. Your love and support is so valuable to me, it's hard to describe. Wanted to let you know I couldn't do it without you. 🥰

It's my first time here and so many things are running through my head at all times. All of it make the experience, so beautiful. ✨

Thank you. 🙏🏻

Swipe right to see the many changes this piece went through.😍🤗

Created this artwork without any particular intent and it kept evolving as I worked longer on it. I think, this process is what makes the experience so fun. 😘

The process of exploration and continuing to bend and shape the artwork to your will. It's something that is mediative to me and I can be lost in thought and sometime later things take a different turn altogether. Creating art for the sake of art. That's the dream 😍

If you're thinking of starting your digital painting journey feel free to reach out for details of the art program and current offers at 8460068484.

As always stay strong and keep creating. 😍❤️ by @artma

I miss that time when instagram was about sharing art and it would actually reach the ones who wish to see your latest work. The algorithm, making reels, dancing for engagement, our art being used to train AI - all of this has taken away from the joy of making art. Which is why I started all this in the first place. 🥲

This is an artwork that I made during our last live session inside the program. 🌟✨
Worked on it some more over the last few days. Not optimal for the algorithm but that's okay. ☺️😉

Dear insta family do you even see this in the sea of catchy reels? by @artma

Comment "WORKSHOP" For Link Of Upcoming FREE Workshops. 🔥🤩

I was joking with my team about how what's in this video is just 1% of what the journey looks like. The rest of the 99% is pure grind 7 days of the week sitting in front of a desk doing the work. 😀😁

It has been the most exhilarating 5 years of my life with tons of highs and several challenges along the way. I've been building this community of artists and the driving factor for this is that I love to interact and jam with other creative people. ❤️🤩

✅✅ Things I Learned In My Journey As An Artist Which Apply to Everything In Life:
✨ Embrace failure as growth - every setback only makes way for something bigger
✨Persistence is very undervalued - most people give up far too soon, stay the course
✨Seek inspiration everywhere - not only in the area of your interest, keep your eyes and ears open
✨Build your own support system - find people who lift you up, people who objectively give you constructive criticism are invaluable
✨Balance passion with practicality - if you are not in touch with the business side of things of your passion are you'll likely end up frustrated

We have some great stuff lined up if you're looking to get good as an artist and I'm excited to share it all with you soon. ✨😍❤️

As always "Stay Strong And Keep Creating" 🤩💪

Do you also feel that AI is making digital artists redundant? Hear what AI itself has to say about this 🤖

There are a lot of misleading opinions on the internet which say artists will be replaced and one doesn't need to learn any of the skills anymore.

Take for example what happened with computing and calculators - we still teach multiplication tables to the young.

It teaches us how to think with clear logic.🤗

It's the same with creative skills - if there is over reliance on the AI tools it will bring down the innate creative abilities one has and more importantly if one doesn't know how to approach creating a piece of art and doesn't have strong foundational knowledge, it's not going to help one get anywhere.

It's true today and will be true 100 years later - get good at your basics. Then use the tools to your strength. That's how you become unstoppable 🔥✨

Ever since I started doing digital painting this question always came up. What is "Digital Painting" actually? 🤔

For example, have you heard that song "Lungi Dance" - it became popular and there was a hook step. If some foreigner says I know Indian "Lungi Dance" - you'd think there is no such thing as lungi dance. Yes it's some sort of dance but that's not what indian dance is. 😑

It's just a catch phrase that made the song popular. The ones who practice various Indian dance forms like Bharatnatyam, Kuchipudi and Kathakali will have no way to explain it to a lay person.

I would always see people call Portrait Image Editing - Digital Painting. You can also call it Image Manipulation but that's very limiting to what "Digital Painting" is. ✨

The digital painting field is much more vast and has several areas in it - it offers a range of options to express our traditional art knowledge in the digital medium.

If one limits themselves to photo editing, then it's unfair to their creative potential to create something original.

If you aspire to be a digital artist - learn the fundamentals of art and then apply them in the digital medium to create original works that you can be proud of. ❤️🤩

As always, stay strong and keep creating! 🎉✨
