Our junior programs are growing… and so is the timetable 👊

Over the past few months we’ve had more and more kids stepping onto the mats and into the gym, which is exactly what we love to see.

With that growth comes a few new additions:

Junior BJJ schedule recently expanded with Monday classes added to the schedule

Our Junior Strength & Conditioning classes on Tuesdays are now split into two separate age groups to give both groups better coaching and a better training experience

Juniors (8–11 years) now start at 4:00pm
Teens (12+) now start at 4:45pm

Across Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Strength & Conditioning, our goal stays the same, helping kids build confidence, discipline, resilience, and a genuine love for training.

Good coaching. Good people. Strong community.

That part never changes.

If you’ve been thinking about getting your child involved, now is a great time to start.

Send us a message and we’ll help you find the right class 👊 by @artof_training

What a timetable 😍

Another week of keeping busy bodies moving and busy minds learning! 👊

Between Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu and Strength & Conditioning, there’s plenty of energy being burnt, skills being learnt and confidence being built.

But as always, it’s about so much more than the physical side of training. Our Coaches are teaching our kids to challenge themselves, stay focused, work together, build resilience and become a little more confident in themselves each week.

Plenty of hard work, plenty of laughs and plenty of little wins along the way.

Another great week on the mats! 🙌 by @artof_training

“My child is really shy.”
“They struggle with confidence.”
“They don’t really enjoy team sports.”

We’ve heard it all before! And after more than 14 years of coaching kids here in Bacchus Marsh, we’ve seen firsthand just how much our programs can positively impact their lives.

Some of the most confident, capable kids we’ve coached started out as the quietest in the room.

That’s what we love about what we do. Kids don’t need to be confident, coordinated or athletic to get started. They just need the opportunity, the right environment and a little encouragement along the way.

For us, it’s always been about so much more than teaching kids how to punch and kick. It’s about helping them develop skills, confidence and resilience that they can carry with them well beyond the mats.

And getting to be a small part of that journey is something we’ll never take for granted. 🥊❤️

I genuinely feel like the luckiest person on this planet 🥹❤️Today reminded me just how lucky I am to be part of such an incredible community. Having so many beautiful people show up in the rain, cheering me on, holding handmade signs, and even running alongside me to keep me going honestly meant more than words can express. The hugs, happy tears and love I felt today were something I’ll never forget. As an immigrant, finding your people and a sense of belonging isn’t always easy, but this community has given me exactly that and so much more. Today wasn’t just about running half marathon, it was about realising how incredibly lucky I am to have people who show up for me and celebrate my wins like they’re their own. My heart is so full. I’m so bloody lucky to call this community my family! ❤️😭🧿 by @artof_training

No trending audio, no filter. Just pure dedication, inspiration & family.

🌟21KM 🌟

@shilpamula set herself a goal at the start of the year to run 10km. She easily ticked that over and set her sights on a half marathon. She signed up for her first race at the end of November which due to unforeseeable circumstances she was unable to run. Back up plan #2 fell through so she said f*@k it, I’ll run it around Bacchus Marsh. This morning she tied up her laces and ran 21.1km in the pouring rain. So many of our community, her friends & family showed up along the way and we couldn’t be any prouder of Shilpa and how our gym family showed up for her.

You bloody did it Shilpa! We love you ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 by @artof_training

💙 Congratulations Mason on your blue belt! 🥋
