Finally finished with this Tlaloc & Chalchiuhtlicue outer leg piece and I couldn’t be happier with how it came together. Tlaloc and Chalchiuhtlicue Together, represent the life-giving power of water in the Aztec world.
The top half of this tattoo is fully healed, while the bottom half has been freshly touched up. Huge gratitude to Jen for trusting me with the freedom to explore this vision. Every tattoo is a sacred exchange, and I’m always thankful for those who allow me the honor of creating on their skin.

LET HIM IN!!!!!
Very happy with how this Bray Wyatt "Firefly Fun House" full back piece turned out. This project took 3 consecutive days back-to-back, nearly 36 hours of tattooing in total. It was a true test of endurance for both myself and my client, but together we pushed through and brought this tribute to life.
R.I.P. to a true legend, storyteller, and showman Bray Wyatt.

The full timelapse and behind-the-scenes process video will be dropping on my YouTube channel next week. Until then, enjoy this quick progression video from stencil to completion. If you've been thinking about a large-scale tattoo project, I'm currently offering discounted rates on multi-day sessions throughout the summer. Feel free to reach out and schedule a free consultation.

2026 Houston InkSlingers Tattoo Show was one I won’t forget. Three days back to back, nearly 30 hours locked in on this piece. It's always an honor when I get to create one of my original designs.
I met some solid people this weekend, but the biggest thank you goes to my client Erin, for trusting me and sitting through it all like a beast. Moments like this remind me why I do this!!
Full vlog dropping soon on my YouTube channel but for now, enjoy these clips. taken in POST Houston by @artofemarid

Fine line black and grey Jesus tattoo by Emari @artofemarid.
Fine line work doesn’t give you much room to hide mistakes. This piece is a good example of why clean lines and controlled application matter, especially when the design depends on small details. That kind of work looks simple until you have to make every line count.

Maybe You Should Quit… Trying to Impress the Algorithm!

Artists, stop letting likes determine whether your work has value. If 20 people walked into your shop/studio and told you they loved your art, you'd be overwhelmed with gratitude. But 20 likes online somehow makes you feel unsuccessful.
Make it make sense.
Whether it's 10,000 people or one person...Someone saw your work. Someone connected with it. Someone liked it.
That's the win. by @artofemarid

A good tattoo starts long before the needle hits the skin. Placement, alignment, skin prep and all those little things matter more than people realize. If you’re interested in getting some work done, large or small, stop by Sacred Ritual Tattoo Studio for a free consultation.

It’s been a while, Chicago! I’ll be back October 27th–31st, hanging out at Ink Impressions Tattoo with my brother @madisonstattoo!
Availability is very limited, so if you’ve been thinking about getting tattooed by me, now’s the time to reach out. I’m working with all budgets but will be focusing on custom work and larger-scale projects.
Send me a DM with your ideas, and let’s see what we can create. Looking forward to being back! taken in Peace Of Art Tattoo by @artofemarid

Nothing beats hearing directly from someone who trusted us with their tattoo. The finished piece matters, but so does the experience getting there. Thank you Jesse for your patience and for trusting Me with your chest addition!
That’s what we’re trying to build at Sacred Ritual, good tattoos, good communication, and a studio that takes its environmental impact seriously.

Love how this one turned out , bringing together two of my favorite styles: ornate pattern work and realism. I have more original designs ready as 4 to 6 hour, one-session tattoos, customizable with the face of someone you love. I’m offering these for a flat rate in black and grey but preferably color, Im aiming to add 5 to 10 to my portfolio by the end of the year.
DM me to claim a design or ask about booking.
