My nervous system said, “Girl, you know better, NOT today silly human”

So I grabbed my warm water, took my booty outside, and got back to the basics. Fresh air. Bare feet. A little stillness. A reminder that I don’t have to push through everything. If you know me or have been in my energy space, you know I will push through with a smile on my face and I know better. It’s not about perfection, that doesn’t exist, it’s about letting myself be vulnerable, giving myself permission to step away from the noise and come back to it when my body feels safe to.

This is how I supports others, not by listing all the things but by helping you raise your frequency to embody your elemental and energetic body and what works for you. This is where the magic happens and where you become who the f#%k you were meant to be.

Love I am talking to you. It’s time to stop hiding and start shining. No apologies, no excuses, no someday, or one day. Here’s the thing, I hid behind the what ifs, the maybes, the somedays, and it sucked. I gave myself a brief moment to be in my silly human then I shifted. I regulated my nervous system, connected my elemental and energetic body, and moved through every moment including the ones where my armpits were sweaty and smelly, my heart racing and my teeth clenched so tight water wasn’t making it through. I decided I had no other choice but to move through the crap and I did. This is where the work begins. If I can do it so can you.

Be the no nonsense unapologetically let the shit go Cardi B version of yourself who is screaming to show up.

What an amazing week! Always welcomed with open arms, excitement, kick ass energy, and an invitation to stay that doesn’t expire.
The work I do is meaningful because it shifts people, it reminds them of how beautiful they are and how it’s ok to be a perfectly flawed human because we all are. I am intentional of who I partner with so when an opportunity to collab with @the.style.den presented itself it was a no brainer. The positive impact they have on their community speaks volumes and I am honored they invited me into their space to be part of their growing vision.

It’s time to stop playing small, to stop hiding behind fear, and start stepping into who you are becoming. It’s about listening to your intuition, hearing the soft whispers your elemental body is sharing with you. It’s about taking aligned action and it doesn’t have to be a big leap, it can be a baby step as long as its movement. So many of us have been told who we are, what we should think, and how we should show up but I am here to tell you it’s all bullshit. When we align with our intuition, elemental and energetic body we lead with love, compassion, healthy boundaries, and a presence that ignites those around us to do the same.

It’s not about love and light all the time, or stay in outrage to make shit happen, it’s about balance and knowing when and how to take action and when and how to soften.

Yes…this!! I share this because I am proud of myself, I am celebrating me and I want everyone to know they can live their dreams, their passion and purpose. It doesn’t always look the way we expect it to look, the road isn’t the easiest and if you do the inner work, make the shift, anything is possible.

I lived in a box that was built from others beliefs and experiences. With every judgement I got quieter, then I shifted. Not because someone told me to because I started listening to my inner voice my intuition then I took action. I still have moments but those moments are reminders that I am human.

This is what happens when you stop listening to the noise and start listening to the nudges. I came out to LA over a month ago to share my gifts, meet amazing people, and connect with my clients. I am honored to be back, bringing elemental and energetic wisdom, private beach healing sessions, and teaching people how to raise their frequency when chaos is around them. From having cockatiel with spirit to sinking into the healing elements of the ocean, this is what it looks like to work with me. It’s not just a session it’s an experience 💖🔥
