Friends! Here’s the whole deal- all the info you’ll need for this weekend’s motorbike festivities!

Saturday July 18 we are doing our motorcycle giveaway at 6pm at the Live Easy tent at this year’s Colorado Clambake. That event happens at Front Range Inn 7779 Morrison Rd. Lakewood. We will take entries until 5 pm then put all the balls in the tumbler and draw at 6pm sharp live on instagram and in person. We will have 1,2,3 place giveaways. First place wins the bike! See slides for flyer.

ALL THE PROCEEDS RAISED FROM ENTRIES FOR THE GIVEAWAY WILL BE DONATED DIRECTLY TO @souldogrezcue

On Sunday July 19, we meet @liveeasytattoo at 10am for the 11th annual Live Easy Run! 3923 Tennyson Street Denver. Map / route info is in the slides. We leave Live Easy Tattoo about 11 am, stop for gas at the 7-11 on 93 and Washington, stop at the Flats Lounge for lunch, stop at Lyons Dairy Bar for ice cream, ride center part of peak to peak hwy, stop at Gasamat in Nederland, stop at Canyon Tavern in coal creek then back to town. Come ride with us! Everyone and every bike is welcome!

Yesterday, July 1, 2026, my nephew Cooper Yaws took his own life. He was 20 years old. Our family is devastated again by another loss to suicide. Cooper was a bright, caring and thoughtful soul. He was crushed by the loss of his father, my brother Clint, to suicide. I can’t imagine the pain my niece, Samantha, and sister in law, Stefanie are enduring right now. Please put healing energy out in the universe for Sam and Stef.
My boys, Cannon and Chase were especially close with their cousin. They are shattered and I don’t know how to help.

This is one of my favorite videos of Cooper, taken by Clint. He’s singing Kicked it in the Sun by Built to Spill, one of Clint’s favorite songs.

I don’t know what the universe is trying to teach my family.

I don’t know when we can heal.

I don’t understand.

As a reminder to each of you-
This life can be hard and unfair and hurtful but it is also beautiful and incredibly special. The fact that each of us are alive is miraculous. You are important and wanted and loved and deserving of all this life has to give.

Please, reach out to those hurting.
Please, reach out if you’re hurting.
Please, don’t kill yourself.

33 today and Father’s Day!

My dad wore a swallow tattoo from his time in the Navy.

The swallow is known for returning home no matter how far it travels, and that meaning feels especially fitting. Life keeps moving forward, but some things never leave you. The love, lessons, and memories he gave me continue to guide me every step of the way.

Walking into this next chapter of life with the love he taught me and the example he set. Missing him every day, but feeling especially close to him today.
