Matilda High School Camp 2026!

I am so grateful to have the opportunity once again this summer to co-direct & choreograph as well as costume the Divabee Academy high school production! This group of students are so fantastic I am so beyond lucky to have gotten to work with each and every one of them. Thank you to everyone who supported this production! 🫶🐝⭐️

spring semester at divabee! i’m so grateful to have gotten to spend my spring putting all these angels in cute outfits! i love my many miscellaneous jobs at this studio & i wouldn’t trade it for the world. thank you to everyone who supported and trusted me with these projects i love you all very much.

we’re gonna sing it again & again!

hadestown: my first show with centerstage and it was a blast! so glad I got to help bring this beautiful show to life once again and this production is so phenomenal and breathtaking in so many ways i’m honored to have contributed. thank you to the lovely team who welcomed me with open arms and trusted me, this team is truly so special! & thank you to all the fantastic students who trusted me with their costumes it’s always such a honor to work with amazing students like these!! keep your eyes out for the rest of the winter/spring season to see some more beautiful shows come to life 🫶

Divabee’s Sweeney Todd: School Edition

basically i’m the luckiest person in the world. i can’t believe i directed a Sondheim show and not only that but i get to do it with the best team ever. sweeney has always held a special place in my heart and i can only say that it has become more special to me over this process. i will forever be grateful for the Academy and everything it does for so many people!

To my team: Lincoln thank you for being such an inspiration in your teaching abilities and overall work ethic, i couldn’t have done it without sweater twin 🫶. Taygen (@misstaygenbay) thank you for devoting your time to anything and everything to fill in the cracks of this show, thank you for being the token divabee older sister it’s always appreciated. & Jalyn (@divabeejalynnie) for answering every single question and being the best mentor and boss one could ask for!

To my students, you are all stars. each and every one of you holds a special place in my heart and seeing you guys on stage having fun and enjoying yourself brings me more joy than you can imagine. i’m so proud and grateful for every single one of you sweet angels. nothing can harm you, not while i’m around. 🫶 taken in Divabee Academy by @artsy.steen

2024 artsy recap!
i’m so grateful for every opportunity i receive to do anything creative & so heres a recap of some of my favorite art i made this year!

📸 (1): my first experience costuming a full production!! it was such a beautiful show to work on and truly inspiring creativitely when it musicals! so happy this began my costume career with the academy!
📸 (2): my annual divabee summer camp board! so lucky to illustrate the beautiful values we promote at the academy and to serve as a reminder to all the kiddos that above all else, kindness and genuine respect are the most valuable qualities in a performer and person.
📸 (3): my second tattoo design for my awesome sister! it’s a frozen inspired tattoo that reads “let it go” in italian- translated directly to “at dawn i rise” and it symbolizes the incredible hardwork she put into her thesis centering on translation in disney animated music!

📸(6) & (7):high school and middle school productions of high school musical that i once again costumed! so grateful for my costume partner in crime i love you so much thanks for being a sewing GOD tiana!!

📸(9): cleaning out, reorganizing and redecorating the academy! this took me a whole week but it was so rewarding and i’m so happy to have a consistently productive costume space for the first time in divabee history

it was so lovely to return to the academy and see all my people doing such a lovely job! this show was incredible and this team definitely deserves a shout out for creating such a large scale production. this show was such a lovely experience and big shout out to the queens who let me switch up their makeup every time! 🫶

this weekend i performed in my first wwu drag show as 2019 trisha paytas & lip synced her iconic cover of shallow from a star is born! i had so much fun thank you to everyone who came out to support us and cheered for me even if they didn’t understand the reference!

drag club is such a lovely space! truly i have never received so much love and joy from an audience/space!! thank you to everyone in the club who organized, planned and worked this event! congratulations to everyone who made this show possible as well as a special s/o to my girl lily who is maybe the most amazing person ever and my go to motherly figure!

truly a special place and honored to have been a part of something so country, so fun and so so gay!!! 🫶
